We had our maternity photos taken by Mikaela and were absolutely over the moon with how comfortable and enjoyable the experience was! Mikaela made it so easy, making conversation and asking us questions about our journey while she very casually guided us in posing for the perfect maternity photos, all the way down to eye contact and hand placement. We are so happy we went with Kirra Photography for our photos and we cannot wait to have our newborn session very soon!

Absolutely stunning photos and we have such a fun experience every year. Mikaela is always so beautiful with my daughters (and patient with my toddler haha). I decided to get newborn photos with my third child. I now regret not doing it with the other 2. I noticed the most beautiful newborn photos around my local maternity ward which were taken by Kirra Photography. Which is why I initially booked with Mikaela. Little did I know I had booked the most amazing experience. Mikaela took the time with our family, we were never rushed or kept on a time limit. The photos are more than I could have even imagined. The presentation of the photos the with torn edges and little box just make them extra special. My baby was born during covid-19 lockdowns. Communication was excellent. Unfortunately due to restrictions I was unable to get maternity shots, but was offered photos when bub was 8 mths, which was over and above expected. If you book with Kirra Photography you will not be disappointed.

Mikaela from Kirra Photography made our experience so comfortable and the quality was amazing! We had our maternity and newborn photos done and the communication with all the lockdown protocols, she kept us informed and reassured about our photo shoots and flexibility with dates.
When it was time for our newborn shoot - our little girl was fussy and Mikaela was so patient with our daughter and our other three older boys, she was super professional and this made the whole experience laid back and the photos came out AMAZING! We got our photos without a great waiting period on a wooden USB and prints in a locally made box that made it super special! Thankyou will def be coming back and using her for any photo shoots we need!
