the 1500 dollars I'm referring to is the additional 400 dollars I paid to fix the veins that the non surgical rhinoplasty caused. The filler has continued to spread and made my nose look larger and worse than before the procedure, I explained in my review, and I told your rude receptionist. Also, I only have one review on my profile as I don't usually write reviews but felt the need due to the dissatisfaction caused. I also find it interesting you've changed the nature of your response from apologetic to a claiming I've made a dishonest review. My review is honest and I'm happy to discuss with you further as you claimed the only dissatisfied feedback from me is through this review which is untrue.

Unfortunately I really wish I never got my procedure done here.
I went in for a non-surgical rhinoplasty and It has created more issues and has made my nose look worse than before I had anything done. I've gone in once for more filler as it completely dissolved and once to remove because the filler that was put in made my nose droop like a witches nose. After that I returned twice for vein removal treatments as the filler burst the capillaries on my nose. The same doctor tried to remove them twice and they did not go away, so on top the exceptionally large fee for a nose that I do not like, I’ve had to pay 400 dollars elsewhere to remove these veins he said will ‘go down. ’ My nose has continued to change shape, I can feel the filler move around and it is lumpy and has not settled. On top of it all the reception staff are incredibly rude and pass blame onto you. I arrived for an appointment and was told nothing was booked but I could be seen in half an hour by another doctor. The other doctor told me that they like to stick to the same doctor and I’d have to wait for him. A huge waste of time and the receptionist said ‘ that’s what you told us you wanted’. I was really excited for this procedure and to love my new nose but because of this clinic I have wasted 1500 dollars on a nose that has changed so much in 5 months and has caused skin issues with all of the broken capillaries. If you look through photos since getting it done it looks completely different month to month, and not in a good way. Do not come here if you want your nose to be consistent and what you paid for. A real shame because the doctor was nice but would not recommend to anyone for this procedure.

I have been seeing Dr Neville for a number of years for numerous skin and cosmetic treatments. His work and work ethic are impeccable. At the same time, he is a very approachable and kind doctor. He listens to my concerns and will treat me (to the extent that he can professionally) to receive my desired 'look' - however, he never treats me 'unnecessarily' and that's very important to me. He always thoroughly explains what he proposes to do to me and why. He is always happy to answer my questions. I am extremely pleased with my results and will continue to return to him. Additionally, Kiora's reception staff have always been so warm, friendly and helpful when I call them to make appointments and product enquiries, as well as in person. I regularly call them if I am having difficulty attending or scheduling my appointments. They are extremely compassionate and accommodating to my personal needs. I also cannot thank them enough.

Couldn't speak highly enough about Kiora - I've been going to Dr Neville over the past 5+ years, he truly is a skilled doctor.he has given me better results than what I had hoped for every time. The gorgeous ladies at reception are always so warming. Love this place!

Love the ambiance of the clinic, super clean and zen. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Went for my 2 week review and was super happy with the results! Dr Neville really cared about what I wanted for the end result. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Could not write a more highly testimony of this place. I’ve tried other places for their beauty treatments and Dr Grace is incomparable. The quality of her work and professionalism is above the industry. Very kind, comforting and just absolutely wonderful. Will definitely be coming back every year!

Highly recommend dr Neville. Friendly and doesn’t rush the consultation and treatment process. I had a non surgical rhinoplasty. There is a 2 week follow up where he will add more filler if needed with no extra charge. This shows that he does care for the client and wanting to achieve the best result for them.

The standards here are high. The quality of the products is high.

The staff are VERY welcoming, always lead you to the waiting area, always cheerful, always pour you a drink. The waiting area is very comfortable. As soon as I step into Kiora, my body says, "Yes, this is treat time", and it is ALWAYS a wonderful, wonderful experience, and treat.

Dr Grace Lin has really built this haven beautifully from Day 1, and from Day 1 I've received royalty service. And I agree with previous comment re Dr Neville - yes, never rushes consultations & clearly highly qualified and capable.

The actual treatment was pretty bad the massage was terrible it seemed like the person hadn't been trained to do them, I have had various styles of massage so I can tell whether they know what they are doing. The facial felt great but my skin was more broken out and I had more blackheads than I have ever seen the whole week afterwards.

My experience was such a joy. I had an hour and a half massage that was the best I have ever had. The masseur was very professional and thorough, she made me feel extremely relaxed and revived. Definitely those procedures worthed every penny.

Lovely place, massage and facial I had were great, left feeling very relaxed. Tried to sell me products as all places do, but not too forcefully. Took the pricelist home with me and found that I could get their $84 masque for $30 on strawberrynet. So go for the treatment, but pass on the products.

I love this place so much, is have a very friendly and kindness staff. And there have two very professional doctor, Dr Neville Lee See and Dr Grace Lin, especially Dr Neville he is a wonderful and professional doctor, I very appreciated Dr Neville. Thank you so much.

I have been here a couple of times now and every time. The staff are great, polite and very professional, the massages and facials are great and I would say one of the best in melbourne. Before you try another place for individual or a couple treatment. Look no further. KIORA is the place.

Excellent Day Spa. The place is brand new and has a nice open modern airy feeling.

They are ultra modern and apparently very popular with the males. My husband bought me a gift voucher for Mother's Day Package and I have been going back ever since.

The service is friendly and impeccable. It really was a memorable experience and one of the nicest Melbourne Day Spas I have been to in years.

Dr Neville is amazing! I have been seeing him over the past 24 months and have always been extremely impressed by his knowledge, care and detail to attention. The staff are always polite and understanding. HIghly recommend.
