Looks like a nice estate despite the long delays in getting houses built. Show homes coming along nicely too

I wanted to jump on here and leave a review as a customer of the Kinley estate and leave real feedback. We just settled our land in Stage 4 of the development and we have been thrilled with the level of communication and customer service. Updates on the land development were given on a regular basis (often with photos, which gave us great insight) and the sales staff were always contactable and approachable if we had any questions. They intend to retain aspects of the quarry to keep a piece of the local history, and some of the street names have been named after local veterans which is a lovely touch. We are really proud to be building in the Kinley estate and I've got nothing but positive feedback on our dealings with the developer from initial sales enquiry through to land settlement.

A ridiculous and contrived name with no connection to the past or the area dreamed up by a team of out touch marketers. Little thought into providing access and the impact on traffic in the area.

Terrible delays.no accountability with significant financial impact for buyers. Not premium though advertised as such. Buyer beware, cheaper and larger blocks available in the surrounding areas.

Just wait for all the traffic congestion from this poorly planned mess. The local roads are a mess already no planning by anyone. The intersection of Hull Road and Mooroolbark Road is a complete joke. Plans were made years ago to build a Freeway originally from Sth Box Hill to Hull Road (where Super Soil is). There was also plans to run a bypass road of Lilydale, connected to the freeway. But our local government and State governments have failed to remedy the situation by failing to construct these urgently needed pieces of infrastructure. Probably why our local state member is retiring before the problems hit the fan. The opposition remain quiet aboutdoing anything to build the roads as well. Wonder if all those involved in designing and approving this gigantic car park intend living there.

Lived in the area for 23 years. It's an exciting development and will be good for local businesses, schools, etc. Hopefully the government and developer are considerant regarding increased strain on local infrastructure (roads, public transport, public facilities). It will be interesting to see the impact on the local area whether positive or negative.
