Kingswim Epping

Left this centre a year ago the instructors focused on the older kids & neglected the kids that need additional help. They also leave kids on the sideline who don’t participate rather than encourage.

Took 2 of my children for a trial lesson. I explained how my children are scared of water, I was reasured that they are in safe hands. There was my 2 children and another child, the instructor was just focused on the other child while mine were on the edge. After a while, 1 of my children got into the water and tried to catch the floating ring and started drowning, instructor just looked at my child and then the manger who was on the side lines and smiled while he was screaming "aye aye get him". 5 minutes later my other child tried to catch the same ring and started drowning with the manger on the side line screaming to the instructor to get him.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SWIM SCHOOL!

Both my daughters started out very scared and unsure! But are absolutely amazing in the water now, their confidence has grown and their skills are improving each week!
They are consistently being assessed, and feedback is given not only to the kids but to us as well. We know exactly what they are working on and what they need to achieve to move up to the next level! Staff are very accommodating in finding times and days that work so both kids can swim at the same time!
Shout out to the entire team! You guys brighten our Tuesday night and we are forever grateful for the water confidence you have given our girls!

Super family/kid friendly environment for swimming lessons! Teachers are super professional and accomodating. Have been attending for just under a year now and my little one is absolutely loving it. Facilities are always well maintained and in good nick for a newly built building!

A staff member working in admin/reception during the day is beyond rude and condescending. Very unprofessional and seem to really be unhappy with their job or should perhaps find something that does not require customer service skills.

Great facility with extremely poor customer service. Supervising staff are rude and not able to handle even simple customer interactions without upsetting the customer.

This place lacks customer service. The lady at the reception with purple coloured hair was extremely rude. Their prices are deerer compared to other swim schools. Their app absolutely shyte!

Fantastic swim school. The staff are super lovely to myself and my family and the teachers are all nice. Special shout-out to Chloe who is super engaging and captivating therefore ensuring my kids are having fun whilst learning. My kids have progressed so well since commencing here. Definitely recommend.

The place was a near mess in terms of service and management when they started but they have slowly worked on it and have improved their service and management of the place. Looks much more settled now. The pool is nice and clean and the trainer are nice and friendly.

Fantastic! My sons swimming teacher and the king swim manager have helped my son so much! My son has special needs and they have really supported us so far and my son loves swimming here. He always has a smile on his face when he is swimming and he has already become more confident in the water. The staff is also so patient with my son who has issues with paying attention. I am glad I found this swimming school:)

Reception staff not friendly at all.they think we are getting free lessons. May be they need bit of customer service training.

Highly recommend Kingswim Epping. The manager Kelly has been very supportive of my son and his additional needs. Since we have transferred here, my son has thrived - we can see improvements in his concentration, ability to follow instructions and participation in group class.

His teacher Bianca is so patient and engaging with my son, modifying activities where needed to ensure he can participate.

Never was I made to feel awkward when he was struggling and we are grateful for the encouragement they provide

We have been attending Foundation classes at Kingswim Epping for the past month and have really enjoyed it! My son has learnt so many new skills in such a short space of time and is now so confident in the water. He even happily puts his face under! His teacher is really engaging and friendly and seems to have good rapport with all the kids. Class sizes are nice and small also!

My only criticism would be that the change rooms are pretty cold once you get out of the water! Some heat lamps above the baby change tables would be a welcome addition. Coming into summer I don’t think this will be an issue, but in the middle of winter it does feel pretty chilly!

One of the worst swimming school ever seen in my life. Staff are very rude. Different staff said different thing. If you want to loose money then you can join this swimming school. I don’t recommended this

Very disorganised. My kids had a lesson with a teacher who was baby sitting in the pool for an entire lesson. How do you expect them to learn when they are not getting full attention. Its the same as putting them in a bath tub full of water at home and leaving them there.

Bad experience.staff is not friendly at all. When I spoken to one of the staff at reception regarding my daughter’s preference. She simply replied better cancel the lessons. Last lesson Teacher was holding one kid in whole class, What do u expect when they not paying any attention to ur kids. My daughter was just standing there and doing nothing as Teacher was holding one kid in full lesson. Not recommending anymore.
