The centre manager Emily is so accommodating for our family and makes us feel very welcomed. This swim school has become so welcoming and fun since the manager has taken over. Highly recommend!

If u want to take your kids somewhere think again this is a disgusting swim centre, they need new instructors and people who work at there office it’s actually disgusting they switch everyone’s words up acting like I was trying to threaten them which was not the case this disgusting swim centre has a rule we’re u have to call an hour before the lesson to tell them that your child was not attending there lessons when I called it took them 10 minutes to answer my call when they did they said that I should of called 2 minutes earlier and that my money is gone now but if they had answered my call then none of this would of had happened but there horrible service were to distracted probably taking other peoples money that they didn't answer me. This swim centre also doesn’t not care about the kids health once thi happened they told me and you will get your moneys worth even though when they told me this I stated multiple times my kids were sick but they could care less. Overall this centre just wants money and doesn’t care about the kids.there is no need for me to call you I have already left your swim Center discussing swim Center I should say I should of known you guys only get one reviews kids deserve better

I have found Kingswim to be quite good. The online booking system works for me and is straight forward. In terms of communication, calling the centre is a bit hit and miss, but everytime I've sent a message requesting a callback they have done so. So no problems in the end. The staff at the centre have all been friendly to me. The teachers have all been quite good with our sons. The programs have made sense so far. The water here is warm which is a huge advantage for our kids. The change rooms are good too. Overall very happy.

Nobody answers calls here and with multiple voice messages left to enrol my children no one called me back.
Decided to try 1 last time time to call- someone finally answered who is just from the call centre who had no answers for why the communication is so bad and why my calls were not returned. Also sounded very rude and not empathetic at all.
Will never recommend and Kingswim school to anybody.

Bought candy canes for my last week as a teacher at this centre and they were confiscated for “grooming” children. It absolutely devastated me. Such a humiliating experience after 4 years of service.

A swimming school that offers swim lessons to almost all ages and levels. From beginners to the refresher lessons.
They got it all. Friendly and highly skilled instructors. Friendly office staff, clean and tidy change rooms with hot showers and plenty of parking. What more could you ask for.
Many thanks to Kim and her team for looking after my Grandchildren and keeping them safe. So be assured everyone will be looked after and kept safe at King Swim, Derrimut.
Highly recommended.

If you were thinking about sending your kids here please look somewhere else. (Your kids deserve better)
After having to deal with the centre manager I happily took both my kids from this school and we will never return.
The newly appointed manager does not care about how your kids are progressing all he cares about is his bottom line I was sad to hear the previous centre manager left least she cared.
The skill level of the team there has fallen so quickly in the last couple of months with rude pool deck supervisors and no one seems how to know how to pick up a phone.
If you want your kids to be treated with respect and for them to really feel like they matter please don’t bother with wasting your money in this centre.

Bad experience in King Swim. My two daughters had 2 remaining lessons in September and I called in October to book for the remaining ones (2 lessons each child, total 4). The staff asked me to call and book another day since they can hold the lessons until mid November. But today I called another staff said it exceed 6 weeks so I cant make the lessons anymore. I told it is not my fault then she said she will discuss with supervisor. Then she turned back to me and said they one can make one lesson for ech child. I was so disappointed about it. Another thing is they stopped the swimming lesson for St. Lawrence primary school with the reason shortage of staff while we have paid for the swimming program in advance. Now i see this is not a prestige swimming school.

Cons: Overcrowded pools. Not even enough room for the kids to move in the training sessions. Very short sessions and cannot use the pool beyond the session. Showers do not work properly (especially in winter, the hot water was very erratic which is quite unpleasant)
Pros: The instructors for the kids were good.

It's high time for them to give training to their staff. As the staff is really unfriendly, impolite and arrogant. When we enrol the child then they are really sweet n once you become their regular member they start acting very strange. They try to keep your child at the same level by giving pointless reasons. They should know that every child is not same some are quick learners n some are slow learners. Even at schools those kids who are quick learners are accelerated to higher standards. This kind of attitude towards a growing kid is very stressful and demotivating.
