Purchased Item: Rubin Boucle Arm Chair
Fantastic customer service and ordering process was simple. Kingsford Grand Sales consultant clearly advised that the stock was 12 weeks away and made sure that I understood that it's being combined with other clients orders.
I had looked at a few other on line stores for similar item but the fact there was a showroom with people I could meet was the reason I purchased with them.
The consultant even Invited me into the store and showed me the floor stock plus the online catalogue. I am sure I will buy more pieces after receiving delivery of the arm chair.
