This was my third rug clean by Kings Rug Wash and, as usual, Ash was very helpful. My first was during Lockdown and Ash called me several times to remind me the job was complete. This time I had a few older rugs, 2 of which Ash said were not worth cleaning and he offered to dispose of them for me! In addition he gave me 2 hall runners for free. A rug wash takes five days and is very thorough-my rug looks as good as new! Ash was also very prompt with pick-up and delivery and also helped put it back in its place where a very heavy and somewhat tricky glass topped coffee table sits on top of it. I couldn't be happier with the service and quality. I highly recommend this company.

After spilling a glass of red wine on a $14k handwoven rug I looked for a rug cleaning service that I hoped would be able to fix the problem in a timely manner.
I considered a number of places that were possible candidates but in the end I chose Kings. I am so glad that I did. They not only got the rug cleaned but they were extremely professional and excellent with their communication.
They went above and beyond what would be normally expected, including the way that the rug was wrapped inside and out with brown paper given that I needed to store it for a while and they were concerned that wrapping it in plastic was not a great idea. No extra cost for this service.
When I find a service provider like Kings I will definitely be a repeat customer and sing their praises to anybody that needs their rug professionally cleaned.
