Kings Cove Club

Found this little gem of a golf course by chance when on holiday. Course was superb and club house great apart from several main dishes not available. Very friendly staff and well maintained.

Great views, friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere and to top it off, great food.

I didnt even get the chance to take photos, it looked so great and we couldn't wait to tuck in. It was so quiet while we were eating which is always a sign of good food. We had the beef bowl, spicy chicken, duck spring rolls with crispy noodle salad and the special of the day being salmon with couscous. The food was well balanced and everyone left clean plates behind. They were decent sized meals.
We had a bunch of cocktails as well as dessert and they were all so good. Service was amazing, we'll be back again if we're in the area

Played here on the 15 and 16 may great course in perfect condition BUT the mosquitoes and the crows were a major pain that ruined the rounds. Lost at least 6 golf balls over the two rounds as the numerous crows just fly in and take them. Ended up with around 20 bites on any exposed skin and half a can of aerogard didnt seem to discourage the mozzies. Not sure i would play here again

After playing at Kings Cove for 5 years and always paying $5 for nine holes because I am a member at the Pines, I was confronted with 'new management' recently. New management decided they needed to see a GOLF LINKS card - this is despite having an updated PINES tag on my golf bag and my words of truth. 'It's new policy' was the response. Symbolically it is calling me a liar and a real slap in the face for a regular customer - So - this time they got an extra $15 out of me but I'm not going back and I'll be telling my many friends about this greedy short term grab for cash - poor form Kings Cove - way above PAR!
