The best customer service I've experienced for a long time. Friendly staff who were helpful, and made suggestions that made it even better. Really impressed.

Great coffee if you travel to or thru Hamilton. Very helpful and understanding staff great variety of bread and cakes, snacks. Much, much better than big M over the road.
Go to this place for a comfortable sit- in coffee snack and break.

Not too bad coffee (black drinker). But don't buy the sandwiches. $16.70 each for chicken and the basic salad pack!

My wife and I had a plain meat pie each and I had a nice sauge roll with sauce of course.
They tasted just amazing, I remember back in my school days at the Tech school, I was always looking forward to a pie for lunch.
This cafe / coffee shop is a place that every one in area really enjoyed.

Still the best there is in my opinion. Love the Cheese Paste. If in Hamilton a stop at Kings is definitely a requirement.

Right on what I expect from a country bakery, the food is good but not outstanding and there is a range of options to choose from.

A Hamilton instituation and a must try when in town. A good range of very nice pies as well as a range of cakes and biscuits etc. Well worth visiting.

Extremely rude and discriminating staff!
I was kicked out of the store for not wearing a mask although I have a medical exemption.

Unfortunate experience today with an extremely rude staff member yelling at us as we walked in about mask wearing. Quite embarrassing. Will never be back and will always recommend others go elsewhere

Bought a pizza pie here and it looked and tasted like it had been in the food warmer for a week. Went straight in the bin. Not fresh at all.
