Received a call and email from Kingfisher Recruitment to discuss a potential opportunity for a role, I missed the phone call and responded via email when I would be available, was told I would be contacted during that timeframe but never received a call back. I sent another email advising I would call the agent back after a meeting, I called and received their voicemail. I emailed back requesting for them to call me after the weekend as this was now late Friday afternoon when I received the call mid morning. Monday came, never heard back. I find this to be not only unprofessional, but a complete waste of my time and effort when I'm trying my best to discuss this opportunity but finding it impossible to receive any form of response. During a pandemic when jobs are hard to come by, this is not the time to be wasting mine or other peoples time. Very disappointing considering my CV was downloaded from this agent on Seek the previous day.

I LOVED my experience with Kingfisher - they did everything I could hope for from a recruiter. Both Jade and Erin were incredible to work with, always available when I had a question or needed a chat, and checking in with me regularly. They presented me with two fantastic job opportunities and negotiated effectively on my behalf for the role I ultimately accepted.
