King River Brewing

This must be one of our favourite places to visit in the King Valley. Nathan, Brianna and their team have created a magnificent venue where you can devour fabulous pizzas and sip on one of their award winning beers for hours on end. A must visit if you're in the area.

The most inviting brewery in Victoria. Lush trees shade the expansive beer garden whilst music dances from them.

So many varieties of beer that you'll find at least one you like and the other often not seen on our shores are all exceptionally executed.

Nathan is such an excellent host and the place just oozes comfort.

Prepare to settle in!

Awesome beer. These guys put a lot of effort into brewing and it shows. Food was King Valley standard (awesome) and went very well with the beer. Great atmosphere. We will be back. Can also get these beers around the local pubs

The beers. The ambiance. The live music. The counter staff were lovely and efficient. The owner was there making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Everything was brilliant.

We had a lovely afternoon at King River Brewing on saturday afternoon. We went to see Claire O'connor sing for the afternoon. She was amazing and it was so relaxing sitting under the trees. We had the best pizzas ever they really were delicious! I would highly recommend this gorgeous place and will look forward to going back again. Helen Bamford

Nice little brewing company with a relaxed garden setting really enjoyed the beer tasting.

Such a great place with a lovely garden. But so disappointed in the " woodfire pizza" seriously you have lost a customer. How can you call that a pizza. Burned, no cheese or tomatoes on a Magarita? Thanks for the chef to apologise, you deserve better

Stumbled across this brewery exploring the King Valley on the weekend, and it definitely didn't disappoint

I ordered a ginger beer expecting something overly sweet, but with an unexpected surprise it was dry, crisp and not sweet and went perfectly with a pizza? Apparently it is made on a malt base with fresh ginger and ginger root juice.

Lots of vegetarian options on the menu which is really nice to see so we will definitely be back.

King River Brewing has won me big time tried their range thru Beer Hug and was not disappointed the Fig Porter was certainly one of my favourites, great range and very well made. Worth a try and a visit to one of the beautiful areas of Victoria.

Brilliant brewer! Not many places my husband and I visit that we like more than 50% of the brews on tap. There wasn’t one we didn’t like! Would highly recommend.

The setting is inviting. Popped in briefly to get a glimpse of the art show, but would have LOVED to stay. Shall have to come back for a meal next time! Well done guys

Bought a ginger beer, I was hoping Vogt ginger beer- I thought I checked the label “a spiced ginger beer” it said… ooo I thought, a spicer adaptation of the old ginger beer… but no- I didn’t read far enough …, it’s regular beer- with ginger added. Gross, I don’t like beer. One isn’t expecting hops in ginger beer, and I don’t think hops counts as spicy either.

Service was country friendly, seriously relaxed. Under an Easter weekend pressure, these awesome folks were flawless. But better than that.the beers are better. Great Kölsch, Pale, and IPA. Best Bratwurst I've had in years. Sadly, let down a bit by the bread they were served in, but that didn't matter too much. Great pizza, lots of options. Seriously, brilliant service, great atmosphere, could've stayed for more chilled hours than we did. And, the guitarist just set the tone for a seriously relaxed time. Honestly, could not ask for more. These folks are awesome.

Awesome venue sitting outside trying the local brews. Great atmosphere with the live music and lawn games for the kids.

We stumbled upon their M-October fest in November. They could not have been more accommodating to our needs, (in fairness we are easily pleased) they had awesome food, mighty nice beer and customer service was the best we have had in a long night time. Would highly recommend this place made our 2021 complete

We highly recommend King River Brewing! In addition to their great beer, tasty food and awesome atmosphere, we were blown away by the exceptional hospitality of the staff who went above and beyond to help us celebrate our honeymoon. We can't wait to be back!
