Best shopping experience ever! I didn't know shopping for beanbags can be this enjoyable, thanks to the brilliant customer service we had today. We also enjoyed Brian's super awesome ninja T-shirt.

We got these custom beanbags for our gym and everyone loves them and can’t get off them! The quality is great and they’re easy to clean.

Wow! What an experience. Greeted with the most contagious smile from Dino and his staff. Walked in for a browse and walked out with the most comfortable King Size beanbag that me, my wife and boy are fighting over knowledgeable and friendly old fashioned service king Kahuna is highly recommended! 10 out of 10

Fantastic service and excellent quality. Literally walked in, received a great walk through of products, materials, quality etc. Then had two bags made on the spot. They asked what the intended use was and filled appropriately. Highly recommend a visit to add some incredibly comfy seating to any space.

I went on Monday to King Kahuna, after buying a Kmart beanbag and committing untold ecological damage trying to get all the beans in the bag, only to find the beanbag disappointing small.

I was greeted by Brian, who showed me and my friend around, showed me the sizes in the many, many display pieces they had. Very quickly I settled on a queen sized beanbag, I went around the store feeling my way through the hundreds of patterns and materials used in the bags, went out for a coffee to mull it over.

On my return I spent 20+ minutes discussing colour and materials with Dino, who shocked me with how willing he was to go above and beyond, pulling down beanbag after beanbag to show them in different lighting and their textures, eventually I settled on the beanbag for me, and I got a fantastic price on the beanbag, which I am very happy with so far.

What inspired me to make this review is the breath of fresh air that both Brian and Dino's brought to customer service, they were both knowledge, personable, and willing to put in a genuine effort to give me the best product, explaining the filling process, the Australian materials used, even carrying the bag out to the car for me.

It's not often I get invited into the back of a shop to view the reservoir of beans, how the beanbag is stuffed, and be given useful information about the product I'm purchasing, all while making engaging smalltalk.

In the end, King Kahuna gave me a great product at a great price, but beyond that I received MEMORABLE customer service that stood out among the other retail experiences I've had in recent and not so recent memory.

Thanks Bryan and Dino. I hope you both never change your approach, an absolute 10/10 in every respect across the entirety of my visit.

Leave your Kmart bean bag in your cart and grab one from King Kahuna. Pulled the trigger today and got one standard size and one queen size, when I arrived was greeted to a very friendly welcome and had my 2 bean bags ready for me to inspect then was quickly loaded into my car without me needing to lift a finger. The quality not only with the cover but the filling is next level, look no further worth every dollar. Cheers for the epic bags Dino!

Great service, great quality & great choice of fabric and colour! If you are after a bean bag in Melbourne I'd highly recommend you pay these guys a visit. Love the idea of being able to buy local. (Also they put the beans in, saves alot of time, mucking around and mess)

I've had these bean bags for nearly 2 years and they have been jumped in by kids, slept on and they are the best we've ever had. Would highly recommend the quality and genuine service from King Kahuna. You get what you pay for and these are a strong quality bean bag.

The bean bag! Perfect. I got the green corduroy. Material is so nice, the size is perfect. I can lay and sit cross legged on this thing. I'm just under 6ft tall. The back support on this thing is also perfect no matter how you sit.
