Kindy Patch Chelsea

Kindy patch Chelsea had a positive covid case Friday 24.12.21.
Now it's Wednesday 29th of December I have to find out about this case when I try to drop my child off. Seriously how hard is it to email parent's.
I find this a very poor effort on there part.
My son only has a few weeks left or I would pull him out straight away.
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
The educators are great it's management where this place fails.
But as they say fish rot from the head down!

I moved my daughter from here to a new centre this year and it is so much better in every way. The management at Kindy Patch has been very poor for a while.

Stay away from this childcare. Parents are taking kids out to other centres since new manager came. Used to good childcare but new manager ruined them all. So many parents are upset with new manager.

Kid got sick every fortnightly. The young educators did not take care of the babies and let them cry.
When picking up the kid, the face is always dirty.
Totally different from what we experienced from other center.

My daughter Rosie was treated very well at this centre. Staff are knowledgeable of the children and warm and welcoming. Although the facility isn't new.the quality of care shines through. One thing I didn't like is that there is no car park however there isn't much of an issue getting parking on the street. Would recommend to other parents.

I cannot compliment the service enough! Both my children attend the centre and the attention to detail they offer both my children is second to non. We also have to work around allergies for one of my children and the centre has gone above and beyond to work with us as a family to ensure that my child does not miss out not only nutritionally but socially as well. A great place, and my kids second family!

Could not thank Kindy Patch Chelsea for their wonderful service! Jack and the educators do an amazing job at running the service! My kids love attending and were a little sooky at the start but soon got used to it! I struggled a lot when my partner passed away and needed some support and help, and kindy patch do an amazing job to support 'high risk families' financially and have been supportive every single way! I recommend Kindy Patch to everyone

Couldn't be happier with Kindy Patch Chelsea and the team. Our youngest has food allergies and every single staff member knows exactly what she can and can't eat and have gone above and beyond our expectations keeping her safe.

Visually some of the newer daycares might look a little nicer but the level of care at Kindy patch is so good and the team are so well trained.

Staff turnover is relatively low compared to some of the centres our friends kids go to which is always a good sign to me.

Thank you Chelsea Kindy Patch staff for the wonderful service you provide. We found the Kindy Patch staff to be friendly, warm and dedicated to their work, providing the children with a variety of fun and educational activities. Our daughter is actually happy to be dropped off and play with other children in her room. The Kindy staff have various initiatives such as Kids clothes markets, and most recently having a little chick coop in the Kindy where kids can see and learn about little chicks. Parents receive daily updates on their child's activities, as well as general information about news around the centre, which is very useful. Overall, Kindy Patch Chelsea generally goes above and beyond to provide a quality service for their families, and it shows. Thank you.

Very helpful staff, always willing to answer questions. Also the facilities seems alot cleaner than other child care facilities we've viewed.

Jack and most staff are very friendly and welcoming. I thought I found the place for my 14month old boy however upon picking my child up from Childcare I witnessed one staff member yelling at my son from a distance in an aggressive way followed by making a nasty remark about him. Very disappointing and of course immediately took my son out of the childcare. Some people shouldn't be allowed to work with children and it's devastating that they do.

We have had the opportunity to have our 2 kids in Kindy Patch Chelsea. The are always caring and we trust them easily with our kids. The work Jack, general manager, has given to the centre, as well as each one of the carers energy and disposition makes it a very good place to have my little ones at. Thanks Guys!

Ive had the pleasure of my daughter attending Kindy Patch Chelsea for the last two years. After looking a multiple centres we decided with Kindy Patch Chelsea The centre is small and staff are all friendly and know all the children. Jack is fantastic at sorting any queries my family has had and nothing has ever been too hard. My daughter loves going and is so happy every morning at drop off and has made alot of friends. Which makes leaving her with someone else less stressful as i know she is well looked after. Updates throughout the day are fantastic with pictures and stories of what the children have been doing. Could not rate Kindy Patch Chelsea highly enough and we are so glad that we changed to this centre.

I highly recommend Kindy Patch Chelsea, the staff are excellent and make it so much easier for me to leave my 2 children there and go to work. My daughter went through some separation anxiety and the staff went out of their way to make a fuss of her and make sure she felt comfortable which made the morning drop off so much easier for me. The carers know all the children and move between rooms so as my son moved from the nursery to the toddler room seeing familiar faces all the time really helped him.

Our two kids 1.5yr boy and 3.5yr girl attend Kindy Patch Chelsea. You can see the staff love and enjoy what they do and have been nothing but helpful, warm and caring to our little chickens. I’d highly recommend this Centre for any age. Thank you team Chelsea.

I highly recommend Kindy Patch Chelsea. Going back to work has been made so much easier knowing how happy and settled my daughter is at Kindy Patch. She's been attending for almost 2 and half years and I am constantly impressed with the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Being a smaller centre, there is a lovely feeling of a little community once you enter through the gate. The staff work extremely hard in planning thoughtful and engaging activities and the daily reflections and photos are always a highlight to receive.

It took some time, research and a few tours of local centres before we thankfully found and decided on Kindy Patch Chelsea! From the moment we stepped foot inside, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, the staff were all so friendly and we felt welcomed. Our son loves his educators and has done so since day 1. His development over the past couple of months since starting daycare has been amazing to watch. The updates we receive while we are at work absolutely make our day. Couldn’t be happier with Jack, Shae, Cynthia and the rest of the Kindy Patch Chelsea team.

Excellent centre, all staff are very welcoming and friendly. Very accommodating with specific needs to your child. Staff and children are always happy. Just love this place.

Our family has been at Kindy Patch Chelsea for 7 years now, my son loves attending and the upgrades that have been made over the last couple of years are excellent. Jack does an amazing job and the staff are excellent with the children
