Sensei Sandra is just amazing with the kids and we have absolutely loved being part of this little karate community. Highly recommended to anyone with kids 4+

We loved being a part of the Kindy Karate and Junior Karate classes. Sensei Sandra is technically brilliant but also a fantastic teacher for children, especially for those on the shy side. Cannot recommned enough.

We moved away from Melbourne to Canberra. Our youngest daughter had lessons with you Sensei Sandra! We miss You Sensei. The way you teach and grow the karate skills on these little people is just amazing, and a joy to watch. We all love our new life here in Canberra, but we haven’t found a karate school not even half as good as your methods in leading kids the way in learning karate.

When my son started weekly Kindy Karate sessions at 5yo, he was very shy, a bit physically uncoordinated and lacking in confidence overall. Sensei offered a beautiful balance of challenge, discipline, support, encouragement and FUN.and he's grown immensely in confidence over his time at the Dojo & working with Sensei. At 7 he's now curious to explore other sports and extra-curricular activities, so we leave with a strengthened confidence, a Yellow-Stripe belt, some awesome moves, a few new friends, and hearts that are both sad to say goodbye but also filled with joy & gratitude. The whole team have been just wonderful, couldn't recommend Kindy Karate more highly! We had a great experience here & hope you do too-

Our four-year-old son enjoyed the classes with Sensei Sandra and we're grateful he had the experience. Regrettably, a move away from the area meant we could no longer attend, otherwise we would have been very pleased to continue.

Kindy Karate has been so beneficial for my daughter, instilling confidence, discipline, and concentration as well as the physical benefits she has enjoyed from her classes. Sensei Sandra is an amazing teacher; she is everything you could want and very dedicated to her craft and her students. Communication with the DOJO is always simple and clear, with all necessary "housekeeping duties" a breeze to take care of.

My 6 year old daughter is getting trained with Sandra. She Happy and enjoy a lot with her training.

This is a top-class outfit & tremendous team. Professional, well-organised, friendly, helpful and enterprising. Sensei commands respect from the kids and gives on a soul level. She brought out parts of my child I didn’t know existed.

My son struggled at the start but Sensei has an amazing way with kids. He is more disciplined and understands instructions much better after attending the classes. Classes are fun and balanced and he enjoys them more.

Kindy Karate has been the best thing we have done to help build our son’s confidence. The classes are small which definitely helps but it’s Sensei Sandra’s manner that has made all the difference. She is gentle and encouraging whilst commanding respect. Her control of the class has provided a reassuring environment which has given our son the confidence boost and self-belief we had hoped. We highly recommend Kindy Karate.

This review is long overdue. Miranda joined Kindy Karate aged 4 and stayed with Sensei for close to 2 years. The only reason we stopped going is because we moved too far to commute every Saturday morning although we tried for the first 6 months! We have trialed other karate classes since, and I have to say none have come close. Sensei Sandra has such a unique and special way of teaching, she makes it fun but instills discipline, respect, kindness to each other and oneself. This is grounding that I think stays with the kids long after. Meg is always great at communicating and keeping everyone on track with lessons/timings which was appreciated. We miss you guys!

My daughter started Kindy Karate just at a young age of 3 years old! Zoe-Mai has thoroughly enjoyed her time and it has given her so many life skills that she uses in her everyday life. Focus, determination, physical skills and flexibility are only the merely few. Sensei Sandra has been an exceptional teacher- one with passion, patience, and humour. She demands respect in a positive way where all children listen and follow instruction. The school itself has been very friendly and easy to work with- thanks to Meg who is always efficient in responding to any queries you may have.
Could not recommend Kindy Karate enough! It has been truely amazing.
