Kinderplay Educational Playthings

Great store with a huge choice of toys but … the staff are rude. I was asked if I needed help and was holding a book for my daughter, I just said I’d get the book but will keep looking, she then brought the scanner to me and scanned the book and pretty much made me pay for it before I was ready to, wrapping up my time in the store (it was 3pm, they close at 5). After I paid, she just took off, no receipt or offer of a bag, I stood there waiting for either and she never came back. Also it’s overpriced, look on Amazon for the same toy at a considerably lower price.

Just picked up a water play table from this shop. Outstanding people running this store. So positive, informative and accommodating. Given our current situation, it must be difficult for so many small operations to have continued. I wish these people well and a fast return to normal trading.

The literal heaven of my childhood dreams. So many exquisite memories. I am SO PLEASED to discover it still exists. What a treasure. Especially in this current era of small and big business closures. Long may Kinder Play flourish and educate and enchant humans young and old and in between!

Kinder play is my favourite toy store in Melbourne. This place has so many different toys, books and educational things. The staff are always so nice and are so friendly and helpful. The LEGO minifigures are labeled so you know which minifigure is which so you don’t waste your money. I highly recommend going to Kinderplay.
