The building journey with Kincaid was amazing, from the construction quality to customer service and in every aspect.

The house was built with care, in each stage inspection reports, there were never any major defects raised by the inspector, instead, only those minor ones that always got fixed in the next stage.

Professional and extremely responsive. I am proud to represent Kincaid. My clients were given a fixed price quote to build on their land in March, contracts were signed within 48 hours and the team went to work arranging permits, engineering etc.etc.

Pricing is outstanding given the FULL LIST OF INCLUSIONS and FIXED PRICE.

The slab is now down and frame will be erected very soon. I'm absolutely thrilled with their time management and regular updates and look forward to seeing the finished home.

Great service. Aimee from the admin team assisted with all queries and was quick in responding. Work was delayed due to lockdown/timber shortage impacts, however, the admin team kept me informed about the progress. Happy with the quality of work done.

We had a house and land package through Kincaid during COVID, and honestly we felt minimal issues with delays. Aimee was great to work with, always prompt in response when I had a question or concern. Our home is everything we wanted, thanks to Jo going above and beyond in helping us make sure our colour choices worked well together. We’ve been in here for about 6 weeks now, and have settled in perfectly and had ongoing communication with them following up to see how we are going. We had a sticky door knob which was causing us some issue, which was fixed within the hour (literally) of letting them know and minimal items to bring up at our 90 day maintenance appointment. We also had an independent building inspector who came in at every stage and was very impressed with the workmanship and often let me know how easy and cooperative our site supervisor Matt was to work with. Thanks Aimee, Matt and Jo for all your support while building.

Don't go with them. We were promised at the beginning of construction that the materials and equipment would be ready for building. Yet 3 months later nothing, nothing but lag in constriction. Called multiple times, with each time saying the materials are on the way. Fyi they're not here yet.poor communication.

I'm happy I selected Kincaid Constructions to build my first house. Their build, house design and quality was exceptional. Kincaid team provided professional service and highly responsive in communicating. Especially, Aimee was very professional and communication was of high caliber. It's been relaxing and stress free process asking questions and Aimee responded precise answers very fast. Steven building supervisor was professional in dealing with especially on the hand over.
Although, there were delays at the start with Pre Construction Process, after construction commenced, everything was on time and accurate.
I genuinely recommend Kincaid team to build your house.
