Kim’s funny in a very lovely way. Asian we are all funny in a good way hahhhha. Anyways, Kim knows what needs to be done on the cloths. Very experienced. Prince wise- I would say doable. I love her service.

Never recommend for bridal dress alterations
Charged for dry cleaning, haven’t done that
Went there 3 times, not satisfied
Very dirty and dusty floor, doesn’t have clean environment to do the fit on even
1/10 because I have to do the alteration and dry cleaning again.

Very reasonable pricing, and great tailoring. Kim was very friendly and accomodating if the alteration was needed urgently.

Never again- an exercise in frustration & being messed around when dealing with Kim. Promises made about pick up times are not honoured. Regardless of how far you have driven to collect your item & even if the pick up has been confirmed by phone that day you will arrive to be greeted with "not ready". My most recent experience was with a small cushion which needed to be recovered & after having it for a month & being told untruths about pick up day, a friend finally went to collect it for me & no surprise it hadn't even been started. The friend collected it & I took it to someone else who did it in 4 days. Truthfulness is essential when you are running a business.

Reasonably priced, great work and prompt turn around on alterations, convenient to drop off dry cleaning same time as alterations, Kim & staff very polite understand your needs & highly recommend, does her best to do on the spot work in turns of urgency!

Not impressed at all with the service. Took a Deb dress there. Was asked to come back multiple times cause not finished. Would only pin a small section and boasted that she knew what to do. Picked it up only a small section had been altered. None of the layers underneath had been done, there were pins still in it not corrected. Spent the weekend fixing the dress myself and she charged me $150.00 for nothing. Very dissapointing.

Kim and her daughter are so lovely nothing you ask is too much trouble.
Kim’s work is amazing and very competitively priced.
It’s a pleasure to visit her little shop and you certainly won’t ever be disappointed.

Recommend to avoid this place. I got 3 quotes for a job between $20-$40. The woman at this store grumbled that she didnt want to change the color of the cotton to match my fabric, and then with a smile on her face quoted me $250 DOLLARS! I thought she was joking and when I shared my other quotes and told her I know how to use a sewing machine (I just didnt have one on hand), she tried to convince me to leave my stuff with her over the weekend and the "boss" will get back to me later. She changed her tune even more when she saw I had multiple fabrics that needed doing. Stay away from this place!

Excellent service. Very quick as well. Definitely be back to alter the rest of my suits and shirts! Thanks Trang’s mum!

I got 6 polo raph tees taken up to match the front hem with the rear hem, I gave her a sample to make sure it’s the correct length.
2 weeks later I picked up the garments and they are all too short. Even with the sample? She said she will fix it, a month later I was so feed up i told her just keep it, she undid the hem patched it with a similar fabric to make it look better, guess what still too short. Nice lady but her work is so bad! Never a gain Kim.
