Kilmore Golf Club reviews
7Lovely Country Golf Course. Greens are well maintained. Very Pretty. Plenty of Kangaroos morning & evening. Gr8 Spot 2 Walk Ur Dog. I take my German Shepherd Puppy 11 months old there. The Cricket Oval is next Door & the Lake is worth a Visit
Nice people nice little course. Love the way they cherish and protect the water fowl and the black swans.
Quiet course a stones throw out of Melbourne. Birds have made a mess of a few greens and certain dry sections are like playing off concrete but overall an enjoyable course, especially for the shorter hitter.
Beautiful golf course. But love it if they redo the entire club house and had a restaurant or Cafe there.they would make a packet. $$$.
Nice golf course, staff were faultless in attitude and demeanour. Our social club had a great day with a BBQ and refreshments, cheap beer and facilities are fantastic.
More social clubs need to support clubs like Kilmore
Cannot wait until the next time our social club plays there
Course is in good condition seeing it's run by volunteers. It's definitely better condition than it was 3 years ago. Par 3 comp there was awesome fun and run really well. The rating is so low because of all the people whinging about the native wildlife being killed. There's no shortage of cockies or galahs in Australia so I don't really see it as an issue. If they let the birds rip all the greens up, we wouldn't be able to play at all.
Picturesqie undulating well maintained and cared for golf course. Although only a few bunkers the layout of the course makes for a good challenge particularly off the tees. One of the best in the District I would say.
I note a not so complementary comment from someone who would rather watch the Corellas damage the course -the comment has to be about these birds as the large numbers of Kangaroos late in the day - obviously feel safe.
Unfortunately the Corellas are a little agressive in doing their best to damage the course but the members are active in coaxing them kindly to take their appetites elsewhere. There are plenty of fields around where their activities would not impact so badly.
Hence well done club I hope you continue to get the message out - enjoyable days golf at Kilmore
