Is there an option for no stars? Received a bunch of weeds, half dead flowers for my birthday from a close colleague and his partner from work. The thought was beautiful. The lady was rude when delivering the flowers and was even worse when I called her about 30 minutes, after I had a good chance to look at what she had delivered. She refused to hear what I had to say and said she would only speak to the purchaser. Not only did I get something different to what was ordered. They sent a picture to the purchaser of a completely different bunch of flowers. There is another florist called Kiki Flowers in Dandenong, this is NOT the same place. Attached are photos of what was ordered, sent to the purchaser (as proof of what 'was' delivered) and what I actually received. The pictures say it all.

Last week ordered flower for my friends, but made mistake of delivery date when making order. Found this error very late on that day, and send email about this error. Unexpectedly got reply very soon, everything is fixed straightaway. Very fast communication!
Also I got the flower photo on the day before delivery, which is fabulous. Never had this photo sent when ordering online through other florist. This way I can see what the real arrangement looks like, looks even better than the image on the website!
Nothing to complain, easy to order, easy to communicate, prompt delivery service. Will definitely be back! Good work, kikiflower!

I ordered at Kikiflower for my wife’s Birthday last month. The product I received was just wow! My wife absolutely loved it. I’ve been searching through lots of popular florists all around Melbourne and this place definitely has the most unique and beautiful flower designs. I ordered a native posy with ‘korean style wrapping’. I was so impressed with the quality of it, big shout out to whichever florist made it, she literally has the magic to turn a bunch of native flowers into a luxurious looking bouquet. Also, the message card is handwritten with beautiful calligraphy which stands out a lot from the other florists. The service was absolutely amazing, sending delivery right on time and the florist would send photos of the flowers beforehand to the buyer. Overall, very happy with the shopping experience and would definitely come back next year for Valentines!

Kiki did an absolutely fantastic job for my wedding bouquets - the arrangement and mixture of flower choices was just perfect.
