Kiitos is the most beautiful place! I have purchased a Chilewich Mat and I am so happy with it and receive many compliments, they are non slip too! Very caring and lovely staff. Especially the owner, Maria. I highly recommend Kiitos and all the amazing products and brands they sell.

The shop was a over priced and the lady serving us was cold and rude, it smelt nice though.

You have to get to Kiitos if you’re in Barwon heads. I wear her clothes all year round. Trans seasonal pieces that last and always look fresh and current with gorgeous linen and perfect all season jersey that get pulled out of my washing basket and straight onto my body. Iron…? No way. And don’t Maria’s warehouse sales. Honestly, she’s giving her stuff away?

The shop has rare fantastic Marimekko fabrics.

Thank you Maria for arranging and delivering my mum's Christmas present this year.
Maria went up and beyond for me this year, emailing me with options and then delivering the gift all in time so that my mother had something to open Christmas Day. Her professionalism, timing and thoughtfulness was exceptional, especially at such a busy time of year. I have always loved this shop with it's beautiful gifts and homewares but now even more so! Thank you again Maria!

If I could leave negative stars I would. Went into this shop on the weekend with a friend. Friend walks in first and says politely “Hi How are you” and was greeted by the owner with a rude “Good, You” whilst she was fluffing about making us feel like we were an inconvenience. Friend then asks about small Bluetooth Speakers, which I was considering purchasing for my children for Christmas. The lady explained briefly & my friend (with a 2yr & 6yr old) said “they’d be lost in 5 seconds in my house” to which the owner replied “maybe you should clean your house then” I mean really!? Might I add the $150 small bowl I picked up was dirty.
If you want to be insulted, this is the shop for you.
As a successful business owner myself I am appalled that an owner of business would speak to a customer this way!
Never Judge, Be Kind Always, Really not that hard.

Very dismayed to be told today by the woman serving me, that I shouldn’t wear a mask, that it’s not law it’s only mandated, the whole while, she herself wasn’t wearing one and didn’t believe it. I will not support a business who had such little regard for the well being and safety of her community and the law in this pandemic. Really shocking.

What a lovely store with such a beautiful collection of homewares and unique gift options. My son loved his glass weather station! Next time I will allow myself more time to try on some of the beautiful clothing.
It was nice to receive friendly and helpful customer service. I couldn't help but smile when I noticed the owner had given her face shield a stylish update with a decorative Marimekko fabric border.

I bought a salt pig online, it came so quickly, and beautifully presented in sparkly tissue paper. Also with a hand written thank you letter on lovely stationary. I can honestly say I've never had a more pleasant online shopping experience.

G'day people me and a mate are thinking of starting up a kebab business, we were wondering if we could work a deal where we setup a shop infront of your shop which would help your business as well as ours, only problem is power, we were wondering if there was power there we could utilise.

I have been following Kiitos on Instagram for ages. We were recently been on holidays down at Torquay and visited Barwon Heads. Driving thru this quaint little coastal town we came across Maria’s gorgeous store which was not by chance but a planned excursion unbeknown to my husband. Being of Finnish decent I’m drawn to the brands that Maria stocks. I was so excited to be surrounded by so many Marimekko things I could hardly breath. Maria is so lovely, I felt I’d known her forever. Pop in next time you’re in this beautiful coastal area and meet this lovely lady and say I sent you

Great products, found the customer service very awkward/unprofessional. The lady who served us and was looking after the store today (Sunday) followed us around as though we were going to steal something. Whilst I was picking out a pattern on socks she came over and re folded the ones I was choosing between, after we smelt some of the testers she was right behind us. Even at checkout it was a very bizarre vibe, I tried to lighten the mood with a story and she sort of cut me off.
We are both mature customers who did indeed purchase a few items but experience we both left thinking what the hell was that about. Super uncomfortable feeling once we left. It was as though she went completely out of her way to be impolite and unwelcoming of our presence.
