Kieser Ringwood

I am an Allied Health Professional. A breast cancer journey left me weak and fatigued and though I know the importance of strength training in improving my quality of life and minimizing my risk of falls, I have never enjoyed the gym. I tried doing my own home program, even bought a cross trainer, with little success. After speaking with a colleague about how she no longer needs to take pain medication now that her stronger muscles are supporting her joints, I made an onlne appointment to see the Physio. I took a while to join and must admit a strong motivator in joining was that there was a deal for reduced costs for the first 4 weeks. I am so glad I did. I have surprised myself at how much I have enjoyed Kieser. It is so strongly outcomes based and so time efficient. I love that I don't need to do countless reps and that if I can do 2 minutes on a machine, I increase my weights. If I can't the app is still very encouraging. I don't think I ever really knew what muscle fatigue felt like before! I love it that I fit right in and that I see so many other people just like than me.and older, even in their 80's or 90's. The staff are so very encouraging. I have seen significant functional changes in my ability to go, for example, upstairs without knee pain and still being able to breathe when I get to the top and I can walk longer distances at the shops without fatigue and I have been going for only a month. Yes I did start from a very low baseline! Everything seems to be getting easier. I enjoy going early in the morning. By the end of the day, I struggle to get there and find I cant lift what I can in the morning. I know I am new at this and so enthusiastic, but I honestly can't believe the change. I've told family and friends and am looking out for the next special deal which will hopefully tip them over the line too. Thanks Kieser

I love how physio’s work hand in hand with the exercise scientists. I love the support from the excercise scientists. I feel safe and free from future injury due to this system. I like how achievable it is. It’s a fantastic system. If you need to gently increase your body strength or overcome an injury, this is the place for you. Consistency is key and it’s achievable here.

Kieser has given me a lifeline to better health and mobility, and pain free days! I love everything - the atmosphere, the people are so welcoming - it's like coming to a club. I feel there are many people attending Kieser very much like me and that makes me feel very comfortable. I also love that the machines target certain muscle areas (I am yet but a novice) and that it's not a 'competitive type gym'. Selicia - my physiotherapist - is absolutely the best and is so responsive to what's going on with me, is very caring, keeps explaining everything very well and is always a delight to talk to - very warm and friendly and at the same time extremely professional! I love my Kieser experience

I can’t wait for the Kieser team to open back up again when lockdown is over. I miss ya’ll so much!

All Kieser venues are equipped the same it's just a matter of finding where they have hidden you equipment that you need.

Nice facilities, but as a 17yr old kid with no access to finances they were trying to shove a membership down my throat for the entire appointment. They also made me book 6 appointments in advance 'because you might miss out if you dont book now' which i had to ring up and cancel once i got home.

The staff at Kieser Ringwood are so friendly and really seem to know what they’re talking about! What a great concept!
