Wouldn’t recommend don’t wast your money! On my first visit t they said they would show me around They didn’t, Spend more time talking about exercises that I have been doing for twelve months and learned nothing that I already know, Waste of time and my money! Was told that 12 months would be my out come to getting on track with sciatica! I am already on track to recovery now for a month after not sitting for 12 months All I wanted was 12 weeks of therapy with some new exercises and to be able to use there gym. Disappointed!

Genuinely enjoy every session I have at Kieser, Alex, Josh, Maddie, Bailey and the team have done wonders for me. Couldn’t be happier with them.

I have had a bad back for over 10 years with a slipped disc injury. After 3 months of consistent training with Tom and Maddie who have been amazing at keeping me going. And Will the physio setting up my training schedule and treating me. I now feel the best I have felt in 10 years. Love it.

This is a great facility and the staff are friendly and mostly pretty good at their job. The physio I saw was excellent.
The problem is the business model. They try to sign you up on a 12 month contract with hefty penalties. I took the more expensive option that allows penalty free exit. When I started it took 3 weeks before I could access training independently and on one of my supported sessions I was subjected to a gymick strength test. I started here for rehab on an injury and the process here delayed my recovery. Orientation is important for safety and effectiveness but the trainers should have been assessing my ability to operate independently and safely, they did not and simply used an unsuitable step by step tick box process.

When I asked to stop my payments I was told that is not possible, I need to speak with a particular administrator. This was the Friday 5 days later i still had not had the promised call. When I called I was told I couldn't cancel until I had completed an online form. This information should have been given to me 5 days earlier.

The business model is about locking you in and keeping your cash flowing in. The business model diminishes the value and expertise of the staff.
