Kieser Essendon reviews
14Such a great facility to build and strengthen your muscle. I had a really bad muscle weakness since I gave birth which caused a great pain on my back. Now I could see it's improving a lot. The team members are very professional and always make sure I stay on track to achieve my goal so I could do things I used to do.
The care and attention to detail for physical rehabilitation is at a level I have never experienced before. Ray is excellent as are all staff and the equipment.
I would just like to say a big thank you and show of appreciation to Logan at Kieser Essendon.
I injured my back three years ago and safe to say I wasn't feeling confident in relation to recovery and my mental well being for my future.
However with the assistance of Logan as my Physiotherapist at Kieser, I have never looked back.
Logan is very knowledgeable in his field and most importantly cares for his clients. Logan is driven in getting his client's the best results in the safest and best structured manor when it comes to recovery and strengthening.
I can now say with confidence that Logan has helped get me back on track, where I can now function with my every day life activities.
Also a shout out to the friendly staff down at Kieser Essendon.
Thanks mate
Kind regards,
Rob. S
All staff at Kieser have been extremely attentive, supportive and professional; from the Physio treatment I commenced 5 months ago to the intro sessions and ongoing training I'm currently undertaking. Although Physio treatment helped to relieve some pain, I decided that strength training would be the last thing I would try in my recovery as I was still struggling after 6 months of chronic pain which included headaches most days and ongoing use of anti-inflammatory medication. What I appreciated was that there was no forced approach for me to sign up to join with a membership; I made the decision after being provided with the education provided and trying out some weights for myself. Each trainer has been extremely professional and supportive and overall my back pain and inflammation has almost completely gone - I could not be happier. I am really grateful for my experience at Kieser (shout out to Mark, James and Gianni) and for my friend who referred me.
Awesome trainers and the structured program is easy to follow and results have been great.
I started going to Kieser the year they started in Sydenham. Currently I use the Essendon venue. The staff are friendly and helpful. I try going twice a week for independent training and when I need I get my Physio treatment they are onsite as well which is a bonus as they know about the machines and which ones can get added to your program or removed if required. I like having the regular reviews of my training program which means my technique is scrutinized to make sure I get the most out of my workout & don't creep into bad habits. My core strength is so much better doing my program. I recommend it to all my friends and family.
Only thing that fixed an injury.to a family.member after months of failure with normal physio visits
Didnt want to spend a couple of grand just to see if this made a difference with my back. Over priced by half. 5 sessions with a physio before you can move on to a " technician " then another 6 sessions before they let you loose by yourself.ps I think the program is good but way over priced.
Started my program with James 6wks ago. I appreciated the clear assessment, explanations and planning for a supported training program. And it does what it says it will do. I haven't felt my chronic back pain since I started my program. I'm so thankful I went with Kieser (and James!). Looking forward to continued improvements.
Kaiser Training is everything they claim to be. I have been a member for 10 years. Back pain was gone after the first few months. Keiser was one of the first to introduce high intensity training on unique machines, and my experience is that it all works. I am feeling strong and am staying strong.
Booked an appointment with one of their physiotherapists. Skinny, lanky fella with a mop of curly hair. He struck me as a bit of a dandy. He came off as fake. He did not come off as genuinely interested in solving my problem. We live in Melbourne - customers are always looking for service providers who are genuine and not all about the money. While he explained his approach clearly, his hands-off attitude towards massage greatly put me off. While I respect Kieser's strangth-based approach, physios are physios; they should be comfortable with giving massages, should want to give massages. The initial consultation fee was reasonable; however, what they charged for the subsequent consultation was ridiculous considering the amount of talk and the amount of actual treatment. This place is out to get money from people; they need to choose staff more carefully and regulate prices. Not interested in paying a physio 70 dollars for half an hour (post private-insurance) for all talk and no treatment. If I want a personal trainer, I'll get one
Machine and Physio options to tackle all of my aches and pains. Great assistance provided during rehab after several surgical events.
Great physio and gym for back pain, sciatica, and other muscle problem. Worth a try for those that have muscle or back problem.
