Great service and wide range of educational toys. High price tag as some products are not available at other cost effective outlets. However the service was by far a winner for me!

I shop here usually but today I had a terrible experience with the service of Cody, asked her to wrap the present which they usually do and she said no, then I asked her if she could put the purchase to my account and she said there is not points or rewards or anything so not necessary, asked her to give me a gift receipt and she said just write the number at the bottom, I usually get a gift receipt and she was so rude and just cut off the end of the receipt and gave it to me. She was rude and condescending.

Childrens toy and educational store, conveniently located next to the food store. A huge selection of toys and games for young kids. Reasonably priced with great store staff. Watch for the sales, prices are reasonably good.

I was about to purchase a very expensive voucher and the floor staff told me that toy sale will not be applied for voucher purchase. Very overpriced as well. Whent to toyworld and purchased the voucher there and was told that all sales will apply for voucher purchase.

Went in with my daughter to check out scooters and the sales person Jill was super friendly and very playful with my daughter, great experience

Great setup but too pay ever increasing rents tjey can't compete with chain stores. Pricing is too expensive.

Such a shame great shop and products but one particular staff member doesnt like you looking at products with your kids ask for us to transition out of the shop. Put off buying from there now

I was in the store today, they had 30%off storewide and it was super busy and it just happened to be the day their computers went down. I wanted to write this review to say the staff did an absolutely amazing job in a difficult situation, kept communicating with all of us lining up in the queue and managing time expectations. Everyone walked out with out with a smile! I hope their management acknowledges the great job they did today! Well done!

Great little toy store in Southland. Staff are friendly and they have a great range of toys on offer.

Only concern with this store is the layout. Given it’s a toy store you’d assume that the layout would accommodate a pram inside, but the aisles are just too narrow.

Overall a good toy store to visit.

Had the greatest pleasure of meeting Zoe one night was having dinner with my grandson. While she was also there having her own dinner, and without obligation to her employer, she invited us to come see her after we eat, and we did
She operated with the pride and professionalism as if she is the owner. With no intention of buying toys in the beginning, I ended up getting a few things for my grandson.
Amazing work Zoe, any employer should be proud to have you on their team.
