Beautiful kids toys. Great range, not the usual big w, Kmart stuff. Good price range. Lovely cheery staff. And if you are in the club there is free gift wrapping- that’s a great bonus! The new bath crayons are a big hit:)

Absolute poor customer service, went into the store yesterday to look at 2 scooters for the kids Christmas presents, we did find it cheaper elsewhere but asked if you price matched and after website checking the staff agreed and we confirmed the price of 149 each. When we got home we checked out receipt and found only 1 was charged at $149 and the other was at $171, today we went back into the store with the receipt thinking it was a simple mistake that it was the price price put in just to become a 15 minute ordeal saying that only 1 was price matched to $149 and the was done to $171, we don't know where they got $171 from as it was never mentioned the day before. So now I'll have to come back another day to bring the scooters back for a refund. After this experience we will not trust kidstuff again or shop there.

I was served the other day by a blonde staff member, who was rude and stuffed up the check out, store was a mess. - I saw a few other reviews talking about a staff member's service so now I am not surprised.

Great selection of clever toys and educational products. The two ladies working at the shop when I visited were friendly and guided me to a brilliant gem-stone mining kit that was only $13. They also gift-wrapped it which was really sweet. My 5yo son loved it. I'll definitely be back and I've got my eye on some things for Christmas presents: D
