Kids House Early Learning Clyde North

My toddler settled very well in a short time because of the caring educators. As a parent it’s comforting to see that my toddler waves away happily at drop off and is equally excited to be picked up at home time!

All the educators are amazing they
make us feel very included and our daughter loves all the outdoor play time, the music sessions and the fantastic activities they do each day. The correspondence and the ability to view and respond to the educators via an app is great and they always provide in depth information about our daughters day and the skills she is learning. We can’t thank them all enough for the hard work and genuine support and connection they share with our whole family.

We have just started at Kids House a month back and I already can’t recommend them enough! The transition was so smooth which made things so much easier for all of us. The staff are so genuinely caring and make real connections with the children and parents.

I love this place and so does my child. The director of kids house really cares about the children and always spend time to greet and make my child comfortable and welcomed in the mornings. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly. I would recommend this centre to everyone.

My son attends this service and being satisfied with their service standards and communication I have also enrolled my second child with them. This Childcare service follow the Early Childhood Australia Code of Ethics to its core.
Their App is also very informative and helps us track our child daily routine/task.

My children has been attached just few months ago and they been amazing there, they started their first day care at kids house early learning. Absolutely satisfying of the staff is very friendly and my children like them a lot. I could see my child’s manners and behaviour changes in days by attending just one or two day a week. I recommend to everyone.

My son has attended for just over 2 years now and we have never had an issue. Previously he would cry everyday for drop off at his old daycare and now he begs me to leave and go to kinder everyday!
The staff are amazing, and I am so sad that this is our last year with kids house! Thank you for all you have done for Jakson, he has come so far!

The manager Mel and her dynamic team of wonderful educators have gone above and beyond in Caring for my daughter Jayda since she started at this centre at a young age of 2.5years old. They are so friendly and accommodating and have amazing curriculum ensuring that our child was meeting all her milestones. There was always clear communication and feedback through storypark platform of pics, stories meal and snack intake and nomatter where I was in my day, I felt my daughter was in great hands. Surely recommend this centre and commend Mel for delivering amazing care with a beautiful smile on her face. Well done!

I absolutely love this centre. There is such a peaceful, loving atmosphere from the moment one walks through the door. Families and educators and management greet one another by name and the this creates a lovely welcoming environment for children and families alike. The educators are amazing and caring. In all my dealings with management, I have found them very open, friendly and approachable. I highly recommend this centre due to their professionalism and excellent customer service. I have observed the children to be happy and engaged in a variety of activities and interests. It's an absolute pleasure to see how their relationships with peers and educators develop and grow. I have noticed how educators and management greet families and children, taking a keen interest in their lives and talking to them about the things they hold dear.

My daughter was at story house Clyde north for 6months before we moved house too far away to continue her care with the amazing ladies at the centre.
They are all so lovely, inviting and friendly from the moment you walk in the door.
I never felt nervous leaving my girl there, all the educators are wonderful and caring.
Highly recommend the service at this centre.

My son has been attending the centre since January 2021. Being my first child returning to work after Covid was incredibly stressful and overwhelming. This centre has not only support the learning and development of my son Cooper, and treat him like part of their valued community and family, they care for our extended family's well being and have been nothing but supportive empathetic in challenging situations, offered me extensive external supports and referrals to any support or service. Helen and Mel are wonderful leaders in the team and they create a welcoming and open environment for parents and our children and I couldn't think of a better centre or place for my son to be cared for. I have total piece of mind and all the staff at the centre show the same respect and care for my son and that's a reflection of the wonderful leadership team in the centre from the top. The reason they are booked completely is because of the quality care and high standards the centre upholds. They follow up if children are sick and daily update parents on childrens progress growth and milestones. Thank you for everything you do for my son and family. I have no hesitation referring any family to your centre. We love our childcare and I'm grateful to be apart of your extended community.

My daughter has been at storyhouse since she was 1, only left because we moved houses, we were very sad to leave. I loved everything about the place, my daughter would always come home happy. I was kept up to date with her progress with daily photos from the centre. I highly recommend it.

My Nephew has been attending this child care for quite a while now, and he enjoys heading off to his 'school' to play with his friends and learn new things!:)

My son absolutely loves this place.he always, gets upset when I come to collect him.as he wants to stay longer.their days are always filled with fun and educational activities.we get daily updates on what they have achieved.the management and staff are all so kind, welcoming and supportive! My child abosulty adores his teacher Vicki! She is awesome! Really can’t fault this place. I’m a little sad my son will be going to school next year!
