Kids House Early Learning Cheltenham

Kids House has been a wonderful environment for my two year old. He came from another centre but he loves this one so much more. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to, and they always meet our needs. The app posts are excellent to read, I really feel a sense of being there for my child’s day. I am so happy to send my child and my next baby to a place like kids House Cheltenham.

My daughter had been at Kids House since the beginning of 2020. We couldn’t be happier with the centre. The staff are all so loving and it’s great to know that we leave our daughter in such a supportive and caring centre. The purpose built facility is open and light and there is so much for them to do in the rooms and areas.

Kids House Early Learning has been such a positive change for my son. His emotional and social well-being has excelled since being at the centre and is beyond excited each morning. The program that is designed in the pre-kinder room is tailored for the children and I can see where my son has had his input. The Educators remain professional and guide me through any help I need and provide feedback on my son whilst being friendly and taking time to get to know me and my family. A definite personal and family connection was my first impression when I walked into the doors at Kids House Cheltenham. Management have been more than supportive during enrolment and beyond, especially with 2020 challenges. Thank you all again so much.

Kids early learning Cheltenham is an amazing child care. Monique and all the staff are extremely helpful, professional and great with the kids. Our little one loves going there and has so much fun with all the other kids. Her development has excelled since being there along with her social skills. Would highly recommend!

Our toddler has been consistently attending Kids house Cheltenham since the day it opened mid 2019 when there was just a handful of enrolments. She loves it there starting in nursery and working her way up. The staff are brilliant and team leader is responsive and supportive. In the senior toddler room the ladies are so great, know each child and their needs and are consistent. She comes home singing songs I didn't even know she knew yet and runs excitedly into the room each day she attends. I really value consistency in staffing which this centre now has in place through 2020. Despite the pandemic they've handled it so well and help the children to feel contained and supported. I've been able to add casual days in as needed and the value for money compared to other centres in the area is brilliant.

We've been part of the Kids House family since June this year and considering how crazy 2020 has been so far, we've been so impressed with how great the team has managed everything and how comfortable both my husband and I have been and more importantly how much they've cared for our daughter who has transitioned so amazingly into child care.

I can not fault Kids House, my daughter has been going here since she was only a few months old and loves it so much, I know that she is being looked after and learning all the fundamental skills of social interaction which she wouldn’t get at home being an only child. Her caretakers are passionate about what they do and there is a great line of communication between us to ensure my daughter needs are the number one priority.
