Kids Club Child Care Kensington Centre

We’ve had our child at Kids Club for 18 months and can’t speak highly enough of the care and professionalism of the team. We trust the educators and value the daily updates about what our child is learning during the day and doing with his friends.

The app gives all the info you would hope for - meals, rests, nappies/toileting and as mentioned, the daily updates on learning activities.

The facilities are beautiful and engaging. Highly recommend!

When looking for somewhere for our son to start his childcare journey we visited several centres, with Kidsclub being an obvious choice. It's so lovely new & clean with an outdoor rooftop & several other play areas for the kids to enjoy.the educators are so bubbly & friendly & make an effort to really know the children & parents. After 12mnths @ the centre our son is developing in all areas of learning & seems to really enjoy his time there. The educators seek regular parent input regarding activities & learning outcomes. We find the daily app really helpful & have always felt comfortable leaving him at the centre. We love the regular updates, photos & feedback via the app. Highly recommend!

We have had such a positive experience at Kids Club Kensington. I have two children enrolled and my eldest son began the Kinder program this year. I have been blown away by the educational experience he has received. We were unsure if he would be ready for school in 2022 but the program, teachers and experience has made us extremely confident in his readiness to progress.

Kids Club Kensington has the best facilities, engaging educational programs and the warmest, friendliest staff team. We have tried other childcare centres in the past but nothing stands to comparison to what we have experienced at Kids Club Kensington.

Our girl joined Kids Club Kensington early this year. We and she absolutely love it there. Every time we go it has a lovely, calm and happy vibe about it. She is happy and excited to go on her kids club days. I love that she is greeted each day by her lovely teachers and they have the consistency of the same teachers in their room everyday. At 3.5yrs she has learnt her alphabet and is learning letter recognition along with many other things to prepare her for school, she has also developed a love of Science from her teacher doing experiments. The environment is amazing with so many varied activities and learning experiences. Highly recommend kids club Kensington?

Our child has attended kids club in Kensington since it opened and loves going because of the staff and children. The staff are personable, down to earth and very responsive to my child's individual needs. Anytime I have had concerns or queries, rather than responding to my emails, I always get a call to discuss any issues regarding our child's diet, behaviour, incidents or ways to support individual needs. The staff always create considered and engaging activities that mirror the children's personal interests, development and are always tactile and fun. Bec in particular is a very knowledgable, empathetic and thoughtful educator who creates activities that expose the children to lots of different skills and cultural experiences. There have been a couple of instances where I wasn't impressed with the behaviour from staff but those individuals no longer work at the centre. Overall I would recommend the centre and really appreciate the work they do to support families. The daily updates on the app are great as well.

We have our son attending full time and we are so happy with the care that is provided by the educators. Our son is loved by everyone including management who show such unconditional love for him. We are always greeted with such warmth and feel at home everyday.

We are updated with what our son does everyday and it is evident that he is engaged in such quality experiences that are implemented everyday.

Our son is always excited to be at Kids Club Kensington. We could go on and on about how outstanding and exceptional this service is. We definitely highly recommend this centre.

We started at Kids Club Kensington when they first opened up early 2020 when my little one was 9 months old. We have been so impressed with the centre, its facilities, staff and education programs. I have watched my now 2 year old develop amazing social skills and confidence. The educators have created an interactive, colourful and engaging environment for the kids and the activities they do each day are extremely creative, diverse and fun. The food is also highly nutritious and good variety to encourage good eating habits

We appreciate the regular updates we get thoughout the day and the photos to see what our daughter has been up to with her friends.

I watch my daughter run into the centre happily each day and I feel confident knowing she is well looked after. We are looking forward to our youngest daughter joining the Kids Club family early next year!

We are so happy with the care our son Josh gets at kids club. He has come such a far way since he joined and now when we pick him up and drop him off he is so happy. We really trust the centre and enjoy the updates and photos which we get regularly. We would recommend Kids Club.

Kids club is incredible! We have been so lucky to find such an incredible day care center for our little boy. The staff are like family and really love the children. They are interested in what is happening at home so they can work on the same goals at the center. We get daily photos and info on what they are working on this week so we can chat about it again at home.

The staff are incredibly kind and thoughtful. They are prompt to call if they have questions or when issues arise.

Our son Jack attends Kids Club Kensington full time and has been since it opened last year.

We absolutely love it here as the educators are very loving and goes that extra mile for our son. The educators are more like family as they love our son and it shows in the care they provide through their daily routines, experiences implemented and interactions they have with us and Jack.

The program is a high quality and educational program that is implemented by passionate educators. We are updated everyday of what our son has been up to through out the day and he comes home with new words and actions and we just know he is learning so much.

We absolutely love Kids Club Kensington. Our son has been there for nearly a year and we cant sing their praises enough.he absolutely loves the facilities and staff and they love him like he was their own. I was very apprehensive when he first started as i was not ready to be away from him for any length of time however the orientation and settling in period was amazing and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were all comfortable for him to stay and settle in giving me updates and calling me each day to check in.

The facilities are of the highest quality, always very clean when you go in and there are so many different areas to explore. The outside area for babies is so creative and child friendly made specifically for his age group. He has developed so much since starting daycare in both sensory and language skills. He has really come out of his shell after being isolated for so long during COVID lockdowns in his early stages.

The food always looks great and our son eats more at day care than he ever does at home. The centre keep us up to date via the app with photos and sleeping patterns which i love and cling to being away from my son. The amount of write ups and posts each day with photos provides entertainment and insight of what my son is learning and doing and gives me the opportunity to share these with members of our family.

The staff are fantastic, they go above and beyond to meet our son’s needs but they also take the time to get to know us as parents, check in with us to see if we’re all doing ok under the circumstances. Our son couldn't love his teachers more, they are so welcoming and happy to see him when he arrives each day and take the time to check in on how his night/morning has been and if they need to be aware of anything. At the end of the day they always make sure to give us any update of the day. It feels really personal.

The thing we feel the centre does really well is the support they show the community, from the lost dogs home donation drive to supporting local businesses and the less fortunate. They provide a place for us to donate to a number of charities and also explain to our son why we are doing this so he has a better understanding of the world.

We are so grateful we found such a great centre in our community and couldn't recommend them enough to others.

My child has been attending Kids Club Kensington for around 12 months. I can’t say enough good things about the facilities and staff. My son has learnt so much from the educators who are genuinely happy to see him everyday. We get real-time updates via the app to see how he is going during the day and daily/weekly recaps which are very detailed including photos. The facilities are all new and there is an in house chef. Tick tick tick.

We have really appreciated our first year at Kensington kids club. The efforts made to make our child feel safe, welcome and happy was great from the beginning. Especially now he is growing and recognising things. He loves his current educator, Rebecca in the ocean room and really seems to be enjoying himself.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Kids Club Kensington. My son (3 yrs old) has developmental delays and requires a lot of accommodations at child care, especially during meal times. All of the educators have been incredible in accommodating my son's needs and preferences. There is excellent communication between educators, parents, and centre management. My son absolutely LOVES it there.

We’ve meet some other great families in the area thanks to the centre family events, even the mother’s day afternoon tea we got to bring my mother in law with us. This was a highlight for our family to share with my mother in law.

The thing we feel the centre does really well is the support they show the community, from the lost dogs home donation drive to supporting local businesses and the less fortunate. You can drop off unwanted and of coarse unused nappies for other families that may have been experiencing financial difficulty. They have just started a community pantry that we were eager to contribute to as well. The staff also teach the children about why they are doing these things for others, which we find incredibly impressive.
