Kid Factory Playcentre & Cafe

Positive: The staff are lovely and it's a great space for younger aged kids.

Negatives: The place is dirty and rundown. My son slipped on the moving cars and hurt his face on the broken hard plastic. Bathrooms dirty and parents room smelly with open bin.

Unfortunately we won't be returning.

Was a nice indoor playcentre.
My grandsons enjoyed it
They liked trampolines
Had area where you could shoot hoops but could not find the balls.
Food was ok.
This centre is better for younger children

Great place. Friendly owner and staff. Good food and well priced. The place is massive and so much for kids to do.

However it's very run down play centre. Half of the toys/equipment there needs serious fixing/replacing/cleaning. This isn't the safest place to take kids, even as I was going up the stairs with my 2year old it felt like it's going to fall through any second.wouldn't recommend.

I also ordered food, my chips were undercooked and my LARGE milkshake came in a small coffee cup with a straw? On top of that it was literally just milk? Had no flavour at all. Sorry 1 rating star would not come back.

My son had his 7th birthday party at Kid Factory Playcentre on the weekend. Team were so pleasant and easy to deal with from start to finish. Their clear communication and friendliness made my son's party so easy and fun. The centre was pretty much spotless, full of fun play areas for the kids and had everything we needed. My son and his friends had a wonderful time.
I highly recommend for kids birthday parties.

I found the setup to be a little lacking. While the trampolines are great fun the other equipment (climbing area) had some very steep and hard to reach spots where kids could inadvertently get stuck if you weren't with them. Great play space and enough variety to keep kids going. I think it's aimed for 7yo and under, as the play equipment is low and easy. Great prices for food and entry.

Held a 5th birthday here on the cafe floor for 30 children. Staff were attentive and helpful, kids of different ages all had a great time. Would definitely book again. Thanks Mel!

I had my son’s 4th birthday party here yesterday & couldn’t have been happier. We booked a cafe table party for 15 kids & the whole process from start to finish was so easy. Customer service was excellent whether via email, over the phone or in person. The food platters we ordered were very reasonably priced & the sandwich platter was particularly delicious! The kids all had a great time & several of the parents commented on how lovely the play centre is. It wasn’t too busy either in comparison to how overcrowded some of the larger play centres can get on weekends & was the perfect play space for our group of kids ranging from 2-7 in age. I highly recommend!

Gave Kid Factory another chance after SuperZu began charging for small babies who weren’t even going to get out of their pram!

We stopped coming here as nothing was being repaired and they seemed as if they were about to close down. Very happy to report that they have now fixed the broken trampoline area and the car ride in the babies area. Kids had a really good time here (probably best suited to 0-4 year olds), the staff are lovely and the food was decent too. It’s much less hectic than some of the other play centres which makes for a much more relaxing experience for us parents. Will be our new regular again!

I went with my 15 month old and she was over it in less than an hour. I should've known it would be a disappointment when I saw only 3 cars in the carpark on school holidays.

The equipment really needs some serious repair work. Not only is it damaged but it is dangerous! There are exposed springs on the trampolines, big holes in the padded equipment.and the worst and scariest that I saw was a massive hole on the second level of the play structure which was 3 times the size of my baby. Any child could have easily fell through it. Other bits of equipment were held together by plastic tape and drawstrings! The rotating car thing in the toddler section was all broken and played some weird horror like music as it went by, it clearly needed a good repair and service!

Such a shame as this place has so much potential, especially as it has a massive trampoline section and an indoor soccer section. If I had the cash I would buy it and revamp it and take the staff with me as they were so lovely! What a shame.

No Aircons, it was hot during a hot day, broken nets, wobbly not safe for babies, broken round ride in babies section, unclean place, lot of dust, not worth visiting again, wasted money

Pretty good centre, not brand new but lots of variety. Some of the toys are a little rough around the edges in the under 3s area.

My son had his 6th birthday party at Kid Factory Playcentre on the weekend. Brooke and her team were so pleasant and easy to deal with from start to finish. A great play centre with lovely staff. My kids always love going here and I can not recommend it enough. The ladies who own it are great! Highly recommend it.

Sorry but it was really shocking. So much broken equipment. Broken foam at start of a bridge leaving a gap for legs to fall through. Holes all over very thin slack ‘safety’ nets. Even my toddler stopped at the bridge and said “Look.broken.fall down”. He tripped on the mismatched mats others spoke about. Broken plastic and rubbish all over. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Spent about 5 minutes after driving half an hour to get there & ended up taking him to my local high quality play centre.which is even cheaper than this one and has cannons to fire balls from. Just wanted a change of scenery & for him to have fun. I’m not the pickiest as long as things are safe and he’s having fun. But there was a hazard everywhere I looked. Even a cable tied rocky bridge & an exposed metal bar around the stand alone trampoline where foam has broken off. If your kids are highly active like mine & likely to run and tumble, don’t risk bringing them here. Should have listened to the bad reviews but expected with so many & some months & even years old I thought they would have wanted to restore their reputation by now & fix what everyone is complaining about. Worst one we’ve seen by far.

This place is amazing first time today staff are so down to earth easy going very pronto with hot food and drinks plenty plenty plenty of space I'll be sure visiting again

Great playcentre! Play areas for younger kids and even trampolines for the school age ones too! Great venue for a party too!
