This place is a 10/10! I have bought a few items over the past few months! All of which arrived quickly & in perfect condition! In the last few weeks I purchased a large BearBrick blind box for my sons 10th birthday! When it arrived it was a pink carebear which I’m sure my son would not of liked! I sent an email not expecting much as I clearly purchased a blind box, you get what you get! To my surprise instead of back & forth emails Chris called me, we discussed the issue & he allowed me to return the item & pick one that my son would like! Chris, you’re a life saver mate! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all your help! I would DEFINITELY recommend these guys!

I bought a yeezy. When i checked thoroughly when i arrived home, i noticed that there were 2 stitches missing when i took out the sole of the right shoe. It is obviously a factory defect. The next day, i went back to the store to have it exchanged with the same product. The staff said that it was the last pair that they have. So, i asked for a refund but said 10% will be taken from the original purchase price. I was so dissappointed and never ever coming back there again! I regret i bought from them.

This site doesnt allow me to give a Zero so i have hesitantly given a 1.we used the online shoe-size converter table provided by Kicks.ordered online 2 pairs of ladies shoes & BOTH were incorrect when we received them. I have tried to reach out to KICKS on numerous occasions but they keep sending me to their websites' fineprint.
They do NOT EXCHANGE even if the fault is on THEIR END as is the case with my order. BE AWARE they are an absolute disgrace unethical & lack any care or compassion. They advised me to throw out my 2 x purchased Yeezys if they dont fit! We are now lodging a case with the NSW department of fair trade

Hey guys I recently kickstw I shall say it was quite hard to find but upon the discovery I was instantly flabbergasted and amazing. As a man of etiquette I do not like to cus but the variety and options were stupidly amazing and extraordinary. Excuse my foul language as I am over the moon they had everything you want to have and not as expensive as so called secret sneaker store pricing was fairish good at young fellows I gotta catch a flight
