Khesyaan kitchen reviews
23The best Malaysian indian food, the Lamb masala, fish curry it's so delicious and teh Tarik
One of the best egg roti I've had outside of Malaysia. Their curries are great too. The banana leaf set available on Saturday has a great selection of veggies and curries. Will definitely go back for more roti canai. And to try their mee Goreng.
So lucky to find such a gem here in Melbourne! 5* all around. We had briyani, thosai, and because they were so good, we could not resist takeaway of chicken murtabak and nasi lemak too! The place is clean and no heavy greasy smell coming out from their kitchen which is always a plus! Super friendly service from the staff and chef Kumar.
We did ordered catering for 10 people
The food was scrumptious.
We ordered mix veggies, chicken sambal, chicken curry and mutton masala, nasi lemak …
The food quality, spices, taste was amazing
Prices are reasonable for catering and their biscuits are highlight.
We thoroughly enjoyed the food and looking forward to to dine in there next time for their latest thiruvila sapadu ️️
Tried teh tarik, nasi lemal and mee goreng. Flavourful, generous quantity, tasty. Service is really good, friendly people.
Amazing food! The bungkus was fluffy, and the sambal was simply divine.
They also make their own Pandan syrup water, and the lady boss was so friendly and went above and beyond to make us felt so welcome. An absolute gem that we have visited so far among Melbourne best!
And I’ll remember to take all the instagramable shots of the food before gobbling them all down first!
Today I ate a package food which is called Thiruvizha (Festivel) food and comes with dessert. Finally got to taste my festival food after many years of craving. The dessert is magnificent. Three different types of durian, comes along with durian flavoured mochi and durian ice cream. Worth it. I highly recommend this restaurant.
My favourite spot for Rotis now. My husband fav is the nasi lemak bungkus. We’ve been there a few times now and never disappointed. Owners are super friendly and I am certainly going to be a frequent visitor:)
Good good. Very friendly customer service.
Had the nasi lemak bungkus, mee goreng, roti canai, curry puff and fried chickens.
Everything were perfect. Could have more sambal for the nasi lemak.
Reasonably priced and will be back for sure.
Had banana leaf on a Sunday (only available then). It was sooooo good and honestly tasted of home. Lovely staff too. Highly recommended!
Oh! How long ago I ate using fingers
This banana leaf all you can eat (was only on Sunday’s) was just fingers licking good!
Wonderful Eating experience. We really enjoyed it fantastic food and yummy. Whoever nearby this restaurant please give it a try definitely you guys will enjoyed it. TRUST MY WORDS
Reasonable price, fresh to cook, service and staff are very great and friendly.

Cleanliness: 10/10
Customer service: 10/10
Cannot recommend this place enough!
Every detail from the service to the freshness of the Banana leaf I was eating from and the authenticity of the curries on offer, was perfection. If you're in Melbourne and curious to know what real Malaysian Indian food tastes like, you have to try Khesyaan Kitchen. It's food and warm welcoming service will carry homesick Malaysians through these tough times ️
A good Halal Malaysian food option in the area.noodles, curries and rice, fried chicken.all tasted good
Seriously, don't come here so I can enjoy it all to myself! My wife and I are Malaysian and can confirm this is as close as we've found to proper Malaysian Banana Leaf rice in Melbourne. I've been here two weeks in a row since finding it. Enough said.
The nasi lemak is delicious and is as authentic as you could get. Top marks also go to the variety of kueh. However, one suggestion - your good food deserves a bigger and clearer sign in front of store. The current one is rather small and obscure.
Meet and know Nanda. We left our wallet behind today, and they called us if it was ours. Thankful for the honesty and increased trust. Thanks for the flavorful briyani and chicken Nasi Lemak, and the those 5 curry puffs and 3 cups of Teh Tarik. Well done Nanda and Iva and little Khesyaan. With Govnerment about to ban and limit visits to restaurants, Your business still runs excellently on delivery and so try out Nandas delivery services. Expect deliveries to skyrocket.
A hidden gem of a cafe serving authentic Malaysian food with very reasonable prices. We ordered the Nasi Lemak with Fried Chicken, Mamak Mee Goreng & Teh Tarik and all tasted like home. Will definitely go back to try the other items in their menu!
The nasi lemak smells great but sambal lacked flavour and taste. Hope they can improve on the sambal.
Excellent food and service with reasonable price. Authentic Nasi Lemak. Menu range limited but is expanding
