Very rude male staff at the but her counter. Meat is also more expensive than other places, don't look fresh too. Take your money elsewhere where.

The prices in the fresh food section are unclear, and the checkout prices are different. But the dishes in the discount section are counted as the original price. They say that they have to wrap them up and put them there before taking them to the checkout to get the special price. What kind of nonsense is this? They are not from the same section. Dishes, the price at checkout is too different from what they advertise, and it is suspected of deceiving consumers. Please pay attention.

The KFL butcher/seafood shop next door is hopeless. None of the stuff in fridges can be bought off the shelf. All labelled ‘group buys’. The beef offerings is limited and inconsistent, they will stock certain meat one week and then not the next.

The cashiers being so rude. Bad attitude and the way she pay back the change it’s like “throw” to us instead of put it on hand.

Deceiving price signage and wouldn’t allow for refund. I haven’t even walked out of the store yet… very disappointing

When I questioned the difference between the display price and the scanned price of an item I was rudely told by the cashier that I don’t have to purchase the item … it’s common business practice in Australia to honour the lower price when there’s a difference

I'm writing this on behalf of my parents who will never be shopping at this establishment again. Your sealed produce does not have expiration dates and the sealed mushrooms we purchased were all mouldy. Once we pointed this out and showed you the receipt you still refused a refund. Disappointed.

Bought a pack of cake yesterday.
Packed 2 for my boy’s lunch box this morning.
But see what I just found here! A mouldy one, check the expire date 1st OCT 2022! Long way to go.
Hope my boys not gets to finish their snacks!

Paid the the item walked out of the store broke accidentally, I went in to tell them and asked if anything could be done, the staff said it was broken outside refused to listen and told me to get out! When I asked him to listen instead of kept talking! The female staff asked me if I wanted the broken jar back! Staff always so rude that I avoided this shop for so long and thought I gave it another chance but still I was totally disappointed. As rude as could be! The place is always dirty snd dimmed too!

Instead of communicating, the staff denied what he said and did and said I told him to shut up! How could staff like this be serving customers!?

Went in yesterday to find some specific items, after searching for a while I couldn't locate the items and asked for help. I was told "we're too busy look in aisle 5" when I'd explained I'd already looked and couldn't find it he followed me over after 30 second he said sorry can't find it and walked off.
The staff are rude and unhelpful and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone!

Great place that has all you Asian needs, all in one location. Fresh produce, paackaged food, event he latest music blasting from the speakers. Not to mention the awesome butchers next door. Best prices in the east.
It’s a great location, just might need to do a u-turn if you’re heading from the west, but that’s no big deal.

If you allowed your staff to swear and speaking rude words to customers while they are trying to park in a very squeezy parking place, terrifying customers, I don't think you shop would last very long. But I don't think you'd care anyway. It was extremely disappointing. It's shocking.

Everything you need for Asian Groceries, fresh vegetables and lots of products, price reasonable

I am extremely surprised by how rude the staffs are here. I came on to the shop as a customer and left as a staff? Yes I understand we are on lockdown. But all of the things that are set by the management doesn’t make sense at all!

Pack you own bags, how does this going to prevent contamination of virus? I don’t think coles or Woolworths are doing this at the moment

Putting unsanitized basket back to where it belongs yourself? Should it be sanitized by the staffs prior?

How are all these steps going to help prevent the spreads? Or is just pure ignorance and cost savings?

I have ALWAYS been extremely happy at this store - staff actually take me to the correct aisle and show me exactly where products are (they don't just stand and say 'over there') the produce is nice and fresh and the meat /seafood next door is just as good!
Staff have always been very friendly and helpful to me!
Only problem is the parking - but nothing they can do about that! (It was the same when it was a video/DVD store for all those years beforehand)

I went to your shop today bought some groceries then i went to your butcher side. One of the girl who was working inside the butcher (Not asian) was very rude and no customer centric or customer service skill at all. Bad and negative to your store.

One of the cashiers is so rude. The fattest one in the store. She needs to watch her way when she talks to customers. She talks the way either not being educated or no one has ever taught her how to talk. Also she’s been zero helpful! Not helping customers to bag things or being rude when customers try to reach out and ask questions. No manners at all!

Poorly stocked, often produce not fresh, and pricier then it’s sister KFL store in Forest Hill. Better of going to the two other Asian Grocers in The Pines and Blackburn Rd Shops, they are smaller but the produce is cheaper and better quality, plus you don’t have to fight through throngs of rude shoppers.

Good variety of Asian foods, especially snacks. However, certain items are pricier than other Asian grocers, but worth the trade off due to the range of products they stock.

Great grocery store for all your Asian product needs.

Large selection of frozen items, good fresh produce section and multiple aisles of pantry items.

There isn’t a fresh meat section but there’s a ready to eat section with a great selection of south-East Asian meals.
