Bad service, they would like to only serve customers to get oysters. Also when you ask for help, they don’t even know if they have the products or not and playing with the phone instead of helping customer.

The pork smells so bad as we have to dump it to the bin. The communication is not so efficient plus the shop size is too small to move around especially when there are quite a few customers browsing at the same time.

Not recommend for guys so far if you live in Doncaster and couldn’t drive to other places. Compare to Springvale kfc, boxhill Asian market, glen Asian market, it’s just nothing. Meats smells yuck. Very bad service and things are so messy here, don’t recommend for people come. You would find some price are going the wrong one compare with what you saw on the shelf or fridge. Another bad feeling I had here was when I was waiting after one old lady who was paying for here meats and fishes as well as choosing some salty eggs at the register, I noticed that another two women came and waited at another direction, at that moment I thought fine the staff could notice who’s first, because she had nothing to do just stand there or she could organize people the right direction for the queue. Of coz she didn’t, and I was wrong at the end. She told me she need to help those who came later to pay because she said the queue was that way. If you do have any special direction you should put signs on or you should organize people to adjust their place to wait. But you did nothing and even didn’t ask the lady in front of me she’s going a wrong direction as well!

The seafood shop, away from the grocer across the path, is fantastic - much better than Victoria Street or Vic Market. The only catch is negotiating the carpark - little ladies who drive big 4WD's should know how to park and reverse before they enter. The supermarket is a confusing jumble of sauces, spices, pickles, tofu and frozen stuff. I don't think the fruit is very good, but there is a huge variety of Asian greens and fresh mushrooms - the hardest bit is getting a spot for the car!

If you are looking for a one stop Asian groceries with seafood and butchery, this is the right place to be. Many Asian types of vegetables you can find here. The down side is the carpark always full and beware it is private and tow away zone, don't try to park here and go for the maccas next door. If not, your happy meal will become luxurious burger meal. Also, expect long Queue at the cashier on weekends.

This store is run by the greedy, selfish people at KFL, who have had many complaints about their food quality. There is already another Chinese Butcher at Devon plaza, yet they decided to open another one here, when there was a Westpac here before. They also shamelessly give themselves 5 star reviews.
