Good range of products, some more affordable than others. Decent butchers. Some say the staff are rude however that’s not true at all, bag checks are common and unfortunately necessary.

This store has fallen into disrepair. Very poor selection of products, low turnover and practically, junk everywhere. Skip this location and head to other small grocers in the area.

Excellent range of mostly Chinese groceries, but with a good variety of Vietnamese, Japanese, and Indo-Malay. Good prices and friendly staff.

Have to spend $10 minimum to use eftpos …I asked if there was an eftpos fee if I spent less than $10 and the lady said no. It’s a supermarket not a casino, greedy…. Then when I put my item away the cashier asked to go through my bag, so rude.

The staff at this store have no patience at all. If I know then I wouldn't have bother you.

Has most things you'll want for your Asian home cooking pursuits and even most small restaurants needs. A little dirty though, and the lack of drink choices is bad.

Check out lady who thinks everyone is a thief. There was one time where I have left my shopping trolley near the check out counter and went into the store to do my shopping. After I paid for my goods and went to get my shopping trolley, she still had to check my trolley.

I've been supporting KFL for many years and usually frequent the Kensington store (who are wonderful). I went to the Footscray store today with my 7 month old son in his pram. Like most people leaving negative reviews, I also experienced the rude older female cashier at the front desk.
She checked my pram twice and tried to check behind my child. I was extremely uncomfortable as she was wearing ripped and dirty single use gloves, rifling through my baby's supplies. Which will now all need to be sanitised.
It was a mortifying experience and I sadly will not be returning. As someone who has worked in the retail industry for many years, I completely understand the need to check bags but touching personal belongings (and checking behind a 7 month old baby? !) crosses the line.
I won't ever step foot in that store again.

Amazing, large store, with a huge range of fresh fruit and vege, and every ingredient you could possibly need to cook up a storm! Very good prices too! I'll be a regular here for sure!

Very neat and clean but half the items doesn't have a prices on it can be annoying when you don't know what you paying.

Coldest supermarket in Melbourne. Winter outside? Feeling cold? 10 minutes in here and winter in Melbourne feels like Brisbane.

Lack of variety of veges and fruit, price is reasonable, loved to shop at Footscray KFL, price on groceries, chilled and dried food is ok, they do sell meat, can't remember their price compares to other shop

Poor choice of meat, fruits and veggies, sometimes there are no prices on the products, and the staff are not the best either.

My go to place for all my Asian groceries. Well stocked. Always end up getting more than I planned! Good variety of vfrozen vegetarian dumplings

You can get different asian food and ingredients here, even some brands that are difficult to find in other shop, you might find them here.

It was alright. Pretty big compared to other groceries in Footscray area but I prefer their North Melbourne branch. This shop has less range and it's slightly more run down. Having said that, they have a bit of Korean and Japanese food. Also a meat section and fresh vegetables isle.

There's a public parking at the back of the store.

A bit ran down, some products have a good range however some are really short. I guess the location isn't perfect

I can get pretty much everything I need for Chinese groceries from here. Friendly and helpful staff.
