Have got my order wrong multiple times. Sent a review enquiry to KFC they never got back to me neither does the store enter their phone have ordered multiple times as they are the only takeaway next to us and time off the time to let us down. They told you to order online so they can have a nice and prepared for you you get there and either get given cold food or have to wait 20 minutes to get cooked some new food there's no winning if someone can place contact me so you can have a chat with me.

Not Happy at all because they are closed before the trading hours as provided to the public. The trading hours are said to open until 10.00 pm on weekdays. I am here at the store at 10 to 10 pm, and the door is locked, and staff are saying closed. It's not a pleasant feeling after driving more than 10 km.

Very poor, I ordered a large meal and ended up getting a small Instead. One of the workers replied to me rudely when I was repeating my order? I'm not coming back and I have wasted my money.

I would like to go to this place because it's close to me. But the sad thing is I always get the half empty go buckets than other stores. Not worth going.

I think the manager needs assistance with his mental incapability of understanding that you cant fit a truck through the drive thru and then later commenting that he doesnt care that I cant go through the drive thru with my truck because this place cant get their eftpos machines to work inside. This place lacks the relevant knowledge and understanding of customer service, cooking and pacing out the work. Had to ask the tradie working inside to call someone to take my order because they werent serving anyone inside

We ordered some chicken nuggets today, and apparently it took them a while to kill the chicken first

I upgraded my meal only to get a bunch of oily, raw chips and a dodgy bottle of Pepsi that leaked all over my car. Terrible.

Hi have been really disappoited twice as when ever i take out food from here they serve just half pack of chips in large portion is equal to regual i can say packing so bad

If you wanna wait 20mins + for your incorrect order. This KFC is definitely the place to go:)

Gotta say the worst part of this KFC are the managers Stewart and Amy the way they treat the Employees is beyond disgusting… and wooo don’t get me started on the nasty food

Everytime I eat from here there is never enough salt on the chips. Can’t even taste any tbh.
Please put more salt on your ruining my chips

Absolutely disgusting service. Waited 30mins for the food.
Went to check the food at the counter and order was not ready.told to wait for another 5mins.

Provide better training to your staff. Items missing from my order, happened on multiple occasions where I had to drive back. Surely it can't be that hard to put an order together and make sure everything is complete

That was the best hot and spicy zinger box I have ever had. Everything was cooked perfectly, salted chips, lovely staff, clean seats. Didn’t wait long. Burger perfectly made, not sloppy and all over the place.

Keep it up and it will be the only kfc I come to!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE, was at drive thru around 2: 30pm- the girls that survived me had the WORST ATTITUDE. We accidentally drove past the window and had to go all the way around (which I didn’t mind) but they had forgotten some of the items I ordered so I had to go into the store to listen to all the girls working today talk absolute negatively about me, saying that I was stupid for driving past the window, making false accusations that was said, I confronted the girl and said what I heard and she said “yeah and? What’s bad about it” I am so shocked at this, to hear employees not working but instead talking terribly about the customers, I would love to give more details to the owner of this.

Supposed to be 'BRAND NEW'. The food was disgusting, chips came cold, chicken was cold and the lettuce was expired.the drinks were stale but at least the workers had good service. (kinda)

Fantastic service, i made a large order and it was ready quickly, the family loved it.store is beautiful too.

One of the prado owners club boys brought back my zinger box and one of the workers looks to have nibbled on my dinner roll

No spoons or napkins. Asked for sauces asked if they put them in, they said thay had, none. Chips half full. 1 drink short.
