KFC Westfield Geelong

Worst kfc in Geelong. Theyll charge you for dipping sauces then theyll forget to give them to you. They've messed my order up numerous times, food is usually cold. Don't even bother.

Waited half hour for my order.did not get what I ordered. Fast food I don't think so. Very poor all around really.

Just came for the food today and the guy sitting on the cashier was so bad. He charged me 6$ for wings which was on special and on special for 3$, not just that he was just being rude with me since the beginning. If you can’t do good service then please go back to kitchen not in front house. Humanity is not shown in colours please.

I don’t tend to write review that reflect poorly on a business, but this is a necessity. The staff seemed compliant and somewhat enthusiastic which was great to see. Further, the food was as advertised “fast. ” On the contrary, the food was sub-par to say the least. The burger which was meant be the zinga burger was the size of my palm and the chicken was utterly mediocre. It also had no sauce added which I believe it is meant to. The chips were soggy and half cold. In hindsight, i respect the other side of the story. That is, at 12pm on a week day the staff and business itself is under a lot of pressure. Nevertheless, I pay money for a meal and I expect better quality, very infuriating.

I ordered a regular wrap up size and when I unwrapped the wrap it had corn chips, coleslaw, and 2 chicken strips. Ive never had corn chips before in my wrap is this something new

I don't normally go out of my way to speak so highly about KFC, but the staff here are always super friendly and helpful. It can get pretty busy during the school holidays and weekends, but on a quiet day the food here is absolutely excellent and the service is very speedy.

Where do I even start with this place if I could rate 0 stars I would it was the worst kfc experience I have ever had. I ordered a zinger box, the chips had little to no salt so they were no good, my wicked wings were over cooked and had no wicked, my burger literally had nothing in it, it was just bread and chicken no sauce or any thing, and the potato and gravy wasn’t any good either. The only good thing about the whole meal was my drink which I ordered a Pepsi freeze but that wasn’t working so I had a raspberry freeze. So after all that decently wasn’t worth the $30 we payed

Got food poisoning from the food, the chicken was pink but didn’t think anything of it at the time. Got him a and started vomiting

Really long waiting time on quite night. Waited 30 minutes to pick the order even when it's not busy.

Service can sometime be a bit slow, but overall well run KFC. The staff really do try their best.
