KFC Werribee

I go here once a week or fortnight for take away food. The food is always fresh and hot, even if I take it home (10 min walk). Chip boxes are full and service has always been really quick for me. The restaurant interior update is nice but I have only sat in once.

Came in tonight to grab some dinner.

I then watched the girl on front counter, make my chips (which were half filled as you can see in the photo), and leave them for 5 minutes. When the rest of my order was ready, she didn’t fill the chips up with the new fresh ones, instead just tossed the half empty box of chips into my bag and calls it a day. I used to work at this store and it was never this bad but literally look at the photo, its like half full, like someone had literally eaten it of it before giving me the rest, if i ever see this girl working im turning around.

Paid for the Giant Dinner, waited 30 mins till I got my order, asked the young girl if it's all there, was told yes.only to drive 15 mins home and the 18 nuggets wernt in the order, so had to drive 15 mins back to get them. 1 hour all up after a hard days work not something anyone should put up with, no apologies nothing.one bloke said he'd been waiting an hour. Bad service.avoid if possible.

Sitting in there being hassled by a kid chroming with 2 cans of rexona deodorant staff did not care. Where is their duty of car to patrons and staff. The ambulance and police should of been called.

WORST KFC STORE & MANAGEMENT.

Every time I've tried to order here between 7 - 8pm no chicken. Don't know why I bother going back.

How can you run a fried chicken store and have no original recipe chicken, no tenders nothing but 5 or 6 pieces of chicken in the warmer. So much for fast food. 20minute wait.

Should not have to check your order before you walk out,, got home and chips cold and missing 2 Peice’s of extra paid chicken. Attempted to contact with no answer. KFC need to have their own driver for these mishaps instead of a customer having to drive back, not that I did cause couldn’t contact them

A shout out to the crew that were working tonight. Fantastic team work, showing complete grace under pressure. Served the long line of customers with smiles while working as quickly as they could to serve everybody! Well done. It can’t be easy at this time of year!

Despite the wait, the food was fresh and hot, and everything was cooked just right.

The worst and the slowest service I have ever encountered.

Totally got ignored when first approached counter lied to about timing of service and food was cold and horrible I will never go to that kfc again

Slowest KFC I have been to ever staff to having a social life out the back while 8 people stood out the front then told no chicken pieces for 15 Min just poor all round.

Poor quality. They served us soogy fries after waiting for almost 20 min. What actually we have waited for?

35 minutes to wait for food, when I was the only order on the board.
Once they had it all ready, it got drowned in water from the boys cleaning the chicken warmer, so they had to make it again. And another 15 minutes waiting.
Got it home, food was awful. Somehow it was cold even though it was only just made. Lift your game guys

They seem a little scarce on the batter, usually putting minimal flavor in probably to cut corners and save money, the chicken is incredibly on and off, some days some of the cuts will be pretty juicy and worthwhile but more often than not it'll be dryer than western Australian town on Christmas day

This is the third time that the 6 nuggets was missing in cheap as chips order. Called the store and no one answer the phone. Email and sent complaint thru website and no one refund the money. This is stealing for the money we paid for but did not get the product.

My most recent order wasn’t as good as usual, but still decent. I really wish they had a drive thru but understand one would not fit on this block.

Clean, easy access, timely service and following Covid guidelines.
Tip: Staff is very friendly so don't forget to ask for sauce to add flavour to your meal from Tomato Ketchup, Aioli and Chipotle.
They are also there to help to make your order cost effective to make it a combo and safe you money

What terrible service! Ordered 8 pieces of chicken and requested breasts and drumsticks. Was advised that I’d need to wait 8 minutes which I did. Got home to find 4 wings and a thigh amongst the pieces. Called the manager Cindy who advised that the message was not relayed internally but could assist no further. Furthermore the chicken was greasy and bland. Try another KFC.

Ordered DoorDash from this joint, was called superior and was thanked for supporting their family run franchise. It's lovely seeing this small gesture from a big business.

Did not know that KFC was in the business of hiring models, this one worker named Hallemah is a super super cutie mama
