KFC Wendouree

Just ordered here then went home. My burger I was given was wrong again. Given an original burger not a zinger. And the size was so small you should be ashamed. Shrinking meals needs to stop. Your profits go up and up. I'm sick of your mistakes and robbery. Wont be back

I was served by 'Dwayne' - great customer service, very friendly.
I strongly recommend.

Ordered via the app through drive through. Got given the wrong meal, went inside and the girl tried to argue that they got the order correct they just added the wrong receipt. Another staff member came over to check and agreed with me that the order was completely wrong. If you make a mistake own it, don’t have attitude. Thanks to the front of house team for fixing things up, they were very apologetic and rectified things.

We frequent KFC Wendouree once per week. It is 38ks from home. Usually have great service but not tonight. We received very dry and overcooked chicken. I got a 3 piece feed with 2 wings and my partner got an ultimate box with 2 wings. This is not good enough I would have taken it back except for the distance

Went to pickup my app order only to be told there was going to be another 9min wait. 20 min later and still waiting inside the store, I was told I had to wait another 9min since my order was given to somebody else.

Very very poor customer service

Throughly disappointed. 10min wait in drive through. Handed cold burgers by unpleasent service lady. Was ready to walk in and complain but seen 5 or so people at the counter and others walking in with food. 3 times this has happend to me this year. Ill be registering an official complaint to headquarters.

It was okay for a fast food restaurant. Little bit squishy and I sat on a nugget that was left on the chair. Also rubbish over the tables but I guess that's what you expect. Food was good though.

Food fresh and hot. The shop how ever is filthy. The floors had greesy foot prints and food crumbs everywhere. The toilets was so gross we just walked out and didn't use them. Wasn't busy in store at 11am with staff standing around talking.

Ordered 6 Nuggets and a Regular Chips. I paid for them separately. When I got to the Pick-Up Window I was given my bag. After driving away I realised I was missing my Regular Chips. I didn't have time to go back, bc I was running late for an appointment. On the way to the appointment I rang and talked to the Manager, who was very friendly, and said that when I had a chance to return, the cost of my Regular Chips & 6 Nuggets would be refunded. (Something that I wasn't expecting!) My advise is to check thar all your items are in your bag before leaving!

Not very often do we get KFC, but today we did and got a family feast, there was supposed to be ten pieces but only got eight. Bit disappointed surely the staff can count, wasn't busy when I went through the drive Thu, so no excuse.

Staff were very friendly. Store was clean and tidy and unusual for KFC (not necessarily this store) but the chips had salt too!

Got a three piece meal last night, i ask for a upsize, chips were mildly warm, soft and like rubber they were terrible, the chicken pieces are getting smaller and smaller, the pieces are flavourless, the little minuscule tub of potato and gravy was gone in a sec, kfc your slipping big time, i wont be back,

I love the service but everytime I buy through menulog they screw it up. But I had my meal replaced.

It’s on my lunch list because the staff working in the shop are always welcoming and nice! Recommended!

Tried original 3 piece meal. Nothing like it once was. No flavour and accompanied by some grey goo supposed to be made potato.

At the drive through I ordered a meal which included Pepsi I paid for it but didn't receive it at the delivery point I wanted to ask the attendant buvshe could not close the the sliding glass door fast enough, bad service

Closed an hour early for no apparent reason, refusing to serve me when I arrived. Had to stand at the door and watch an employee look at me, turn around, walk away and then come back minutes later just to say they closed early.

Had some chicken that seemed kind of over cooked or dirty oil etc. Didnt smell super bad or anything but didnt have any good fresh smells coming from it either.
Mum is a smoker so her taste isnt great and she ate it without noticing any difference.
Diarrhea and vomiting all night last night.
I called the store, told them what happened. I wasnt expecting any freebies but was still surprised when i only got a sorry on the phone and the tone of the sorry was bored and not genuine.

If your food doesnt have any fresh smells, seems overcooked and dark, id recommend not taking it. We had ours delivered because i couldnt drive that day so we werent so lucky.
Bad food, bad attitudes.

Staff very slow to serve when I was the only one in store, continued doing floor before taking order after 5 mins. So much for fast food.

This place has the worst nuggets, chips are nothing great and when I ordered the whole order was missing besides the nuggets. Pepsi, Chips & Dinner rolls all gone.
