KFC Watergardens

Monkeys employed could do a better job but this is the level of service and standard unfortunately that we as a species are faced with on the daily. Where are the standards? It’s not hard? Once the frozen food is cooked and fried all the kitchen hand has to do is put the fillings on the burger or together. My burger was thrown together with no lettuce or any of the fillings, you can see reality vs online.

It's a KFC in a big shopping area though staffed by kids most of the time and poorly understaffed on weekends.
Foods okay but for a KFC sometimes they don't salt the chips and the chicken even during mid day tastes a bit stale.

Did not get what I ordered, 10 nuggets in a combo with a gravy. No chips, and got potato gravy.when questioned the person was rude, took the drink and replaced it with chips (threw the chips in the bag), when questioned again was even ruder. I walked away. Will never return.

Elizabeth who take my order was rude, and dismissive. This store has employees so many rude employees.

Very disrespectful teenagers who work customer service. I don’t go out often (due to severe anxiety and depression). I went to order and one guy (Asian) walked up to the server (? Islander) and was talking in his ear whilst they both looked at me and laughed. I did not feel comfortable to order and I walked off. I was walking on my way out with my husband and that Asian guy looked at me again with a smirk. I will never come to this kfc ever again. My. Husband wanted to come and speak to someone (manager, team leader) I told him to leave it as kids with this attitude have no future prospects and need this job.

Size of chicken were too small, every piece were like the left over cuts with same part, such a disappointment! Will never buy on that branch again

Worst KFC ever, chicken pieces were the size of my pinky finger. Wonder if it's baby chickens being used? Such a rip off. Saw many people around were stunned by the size of their pieces too.

Horrendous. Placed my order and waited over 10 minutes, no food in sight. When I went to the counter to ask how much longer my order would be, the child behind the counter spent a further 5 minutes aimlessly walking around asking the other child like workers what happened to my order. I then heard one of them say 'that's the one we ate'. Absolutely furious by this stage I asked for an immediate refund. The manger (only person over the age of 15 in the whole establishment) reluctantly came out from the back office. No apologies from anyone. Dismal!

I ordered a 3 piece box and an extra large chips and I got 3 small as drumsticks out of it to fit the large chips in the box. Seriously? How stingy can you people?

Kids throwing customers food onto counters. Staff skipping orders. Absolutely 1 of the worst stores I've been to

Still putting cabbage in their burgers and wraps even tho KFC has put a stop to it and raised their prices. So I now am paying more and not even getting the benefit. Can’t ve a supply issue if they’re the only KFC affected around here and everyone else is fine like the excuse I was given as well as this being said for months as an excuse.

I ordered a twister and got charged for it. I then opened the box when I got home and realised they didn't put it in there.

The burger I bought was tiny usually alot bigger and there chips are always burnt old and never fresh

Waited more than 45mins to be served in store, with only 1 staff member serving. Chicken was very small and not the original seasoning at all. Chips were cold.this store always gets the order wrong, I won't be returning after many years as a customer, its getting worse.

The line wasn't long, ordered in two buckets of fried chicken, & it was 5 pieces for $8.00 which is there Tuesday night special. Good fried chicken & also very good price.

I ordered from door dash a Family burger box, and KFC watergardens forgot my 2 large chips, Box of Nuggets and Popcorn chicken, were sick at home and cannot travel, and the best they can do is give credit to our missing items, what about my delivery money from door dash, im just really disappointed with kfc watergardens, i was craving for my chips!
