Very bad service I ordered 2 large coleslaws and had to wait 5 orders in front of me must take along time to get from fridge

Absolutely dissapointed go get Kfc once in a while and when I decided to tonight 5pm ordered a Zinger Box.chips were half full didnt get a wicked wing got replaced but a stingy chicken tender which was tiny.did not get what i payed for.was half the meal.wont be going back again.for the price i pay I want what i pay for.

An absolutely disgraceful place. Staff were the up most disrespectful workers ever. We should be hiring people that could a potential career instead of children that are so disrespectful to us older generation. I ask for a large chips, simple right!? Apparently not. I pull out one of my chips to see a long brunette hair, my hairs blonde. The staff were giving me rude looks since I have a disability in my right eye. I heard them snickering behind my back. I have been to many kentucky fried chicken restaurants in my life time and this is the WORST! We should hire more experienced workers instead of high schoolers that give no care in the world. Please do not go here unless you want to dominated.

Tells me that I’ll have to wait 7-10 minutes to get a zinger fillet, I tell them I’m happy to wait.a different person comes out a minute later saying they actually don’t have any zinger fillets lol

The worst of the worst, half an hour wait on an order that was already made, no service, employees careless. Cannot understand when things need to be cooked to avoid running out, don't even have the brains to restock the fridge when something runs out. One employee literally has back turned on q of more then 3 just having a chat while there's no chips, no chicken and fridge is empty. Absolute joke of a place and if you value your time I recommend you stay far away.

Worst KFC ever, owes me a $50 refund since 12th December 2022. Called 3-4 times and each time was promised a return call to sort out my refund, never happened. Wasted my time driving there as it's the principle of the situation and they do this to so many people, again was promised a resolution and phone call the next day, nothing. So had to put in a paypal dispute. You have to also check the order before you leave the store every time as they constantly are missing several items out of each order. Probably 50% of the orders are wrong that we've picked up. Go elsewhere.

found a bone in our popcorn chicken and when i called up to complain about it/make sure it doesnt happen again i was told by management i was lying

Sometimes a little backed up, but customer service is good and haven't had any order issues yet.

Pathetic too an hour to get out order they where to busy talking and on there phone then we received it and it's cold not to mention I got food poisoning it was slimey smelt awful never ever going back

Food and service all good but the state of cleanliness outside the shop is terrible. There is not even a bin provided outside the shop for people to dispose of their typical KFC rubbish. This affects the whole look of the complex including Coles express and Dominoes. Surely all these mega businesses can come together and provide at least one bin for their customers!

Order placed online and 3 wicked wings were missing from the order. Wanted us to drive back to pick up, so we got a refund instead.

The girls are rude, the drive thru waiting times are slow, and they never add extra salt when you politely ask. I’ve given them a few chances, and it’s disappointing every time. Go to the other kfc in the Main Street instead!

Had A BONE in my popcorn chicken, call up the store & the manager says “there’s no bones in popcorn chicken” WELL YES THERE IS BECAUSE I BIT IT

Was great and quick through drive through. They missed a small chips in our order but were very quick to rectify this

Chicken very oily, smells bad, looks they gave me from rubbish bin. I throw it after long wait drive thru & I left hungry.

Food here was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Loved the dude with the KFC Bucket on his head

Hands down without a doubt the best kfc I have ever had in the world, even better than the states. After moving down here recently this is now my go to spot. Keep it up guys and girls!

Best KFC I have ever had. Never an issue with my order, always seems fresh and hot and quick friendly service. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is very small and only has one lane drive thur. Can had long wait times at peak times.
