KFC Victoria Gardens Food Court

Chicken tender pieces are always almost raw and never cooked properly and it’s disgusting. I have raised it with them but and they accept but it’s the same next time

Agree with all the 1 star reviews.esp ones about stale horrible chips.the worst I’ve had and stop hiring morons…chicken tenders like rubber.just awlful

Worst kfc I have had. Always stuffing up orders doesn't matter what day it is. Chicken is never cooked properly and chips are always brown cold and not salted

Today I had good customer service by the store good experience and good chicken. Well done KFC it's about time some the KFC stores doing well.

Went to order 3 3 piece boxes for my family when the lady on front Sarayah recommended to do a family feast instead and was wonderful enough to help me change the chips to the buns she was so helpful and polite fast food places need more staff like her

Was there Sun. 30th of June.
Very Slow, told me 5~10min, but took more than 20.chicken pieces were very small like a nugget.
The staff were laughing and working like they were there for picnic.

KFC staff members are friendly, helpful and give good service.
Food is cooked fresh.
Food court has plenty of seats and is clean, a place relaxed to eat.

Got served by a lovely girl named Ellie, she was so kind I chose to come back the next day and was served by a girl named Lily who also showed a high work ethic!

Worst KFC ever! Don’t go here. The service is bad and the food is just not as satisfying as any other KFC. Bought a twister, it was soggy and fell apart

The worst KFC I have ever been to after witnessing the girl serving knock a can of soft drink off the counter. She then picked it up and put it back on the counter to give it to the unsuspecting customer. When I went to place my order, I was told they do not have 3 piece of original chicken, fancy that a KFC that doesn't have chicken.

Ordered 3 pieces of spicy hot chicken plus a drumstick, what I got was a piece of breast and two squashed tiny crust pieces - 50 cents sized - without the drumstick.
Of course I would never come back.
Horrible, hope you closed down soon.

Received the delivery order, missing drink and funny thing is that KFC app not even allowed you to say anything with it, just like shutting customer mouth, too bad

Served By King Aidan, good good good, very fast, but kinda slow, really nice guy, top bloke from the crib

I am usually kind and not expect anything from fast food. But it is so disappointed for kind of management and customer service.
We ordered double meal. And the staff told us that they run out the box and combine together for 2 regular chips to one box. However my kid already another set. It is full of chips of its box.
They ran out lots of things in the lunch time.
But it should be improve for their customer service.

Really good service but a lower rating just for the rumoured hot & spicy option store to be only a limited edition special offer. Why does Victoria's KFCs deny flavour

Very tasty and i dont understand how people can view kfc in vic garden as poor management, they're young and just trying to earn money man.

My partner tried tenders and popcorn chicken. Popcorn tasted average and tenders was absolutely horrible due to the excess salt!

Today, I ordered 2 go buckets of chicken popcorn and only to realise when I came home that barely any chips on it, tiny popcorn chicken.
It’s disappointing knowing that I am paying the right amount but I did not get the correct order. This young crew member who works there is shaming the KFC.
They need more training to do their job right.

Went to pick up my order and half of the stuff were missing. Unfortunately I only checked it after I drove home. Tried calling but no one seems to be picking up.
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wishes to pay the full price and receive only half of the item you paid for.

This place close to my home makes the best KFC chips seriously after I've tried so many Zinger boxes in different parts of Melbourne
