KFC Traralgon East

Service and atmosphere of the dine in area was very good. Extremely clean. Chicken was either overcooked or been sitting in a warmer for a while as the chicken meat was very dry, and the coating was crunchy (Not crispy)

Instead of ringing me and telling me some items weren't available in my order they just cancelled it, seriously a $80 order on Christmas eve? Do children not have to eat? Disgusting

Stop on my way home to grab some chicken only to find out they didn’t have any chicken pieces at all got a tender meal instead and it was so dry. Very disappointed normally l love kfc and this was not a great experience.

The staff were not friendly, or courteous, in fact they were downright rude and showed little to no respect towards myself or the other fellow customers in the store. I would think twice about going back there. I was so frustrated at the lack of service that I asked for my money back, which was a drama as well.

Very busy Friday night. The staff did quite well under pressure and the food was delicious and fresh once it was ready. A bit of a wait, but worth it.

I ordered online and payed online and upon entering the drive through I was told we couldn’t get it there and had to go in. Upon entering there was a minimal line, finally got to the counter and was told that it went through the drive through section and she was going to tell the staff about it. We waited for 10 minutes and she had not moved. So we went up to the counter and told the people packing the food. Manager came out and said she would sort it out. Another 25 minutes later we finally got the food, with things missing had to go back and get them to give it to us.we the. Found out that the toll wasn’t working, nothing to do with the production line which was horrible within the shop.
Understand it can get busy and whatnot but really really poor experience from management and workers.

It didn't taste like it had 11 herbs and spices

The worst, slowest KFC I have ever been to. Over 45 minute wait all whilst drive thru was taking priority. Disgusting

I went in to order my food and had to wait for a few mins before the staff even knew I was waiting, they were so busy talking at the back than actually doing there job. While I was waiting I witness something strange, they were using which I believe was leftover chicken nuggets in a plastic bag rather than fresh ones from the oven/Bain Marie for another order. I believe the staff are serving customers leftovers while they take homes the fresh ones. When I got my food I decided to dine in and literally all the table was filthy and not clean. When I actually got to my food the burger was flat the meat was dry which was probably leftover meat and tasteless. If I could give a zero star for this place I would. Attention Managers! Something needs to be done about this place because as of right now it is not up to scratch or acceptable.

This is my favourite place to go and be ignored by a bunch of teenagers while they chat and let the orders bank up.
I especially like waiting by the front counter to order. It's like my own private bubble where I'm guaranteed to be left alone.

Very slow service more staff would be good the poor staff were work there bums off, would've been better to go though the drive though next time we noticed drive through was faster.

Terrible.went in, was only the three of us in line.waited 15 minutes to order whilst 3 people were doing orders.no one acknowledged us for the good 15 minutes and once finally served, no apology was received.was not given an option for a receipt and was not told what number was for my order.after ordering, realised was over charged.no apology once again, and was asked if i wanted a refund.friends potato and gravy was returned as it was out of date clearly on the label.service was horrendous and huge lack of respect and effort.very disappointed…

So disappointed usually we are completely happy with the service but today my partner went to get a get two regular meals for dinner and it took them over 40mins to provide food when was finally given food he was treated with complete disrespect and the wrong burgers. You Need to have a Professional Development day for you staff to teach them respect and time management!

The worst kfc in Australia, everytime i go there if i get what i asked for its cold, if its fresh (very rarely) its missing something. Tonight i asked for a 10 nugget meal i got 7 nuggets 3 pieces popcorn chicken i lost it!

Worst experience with kfc. Went in with 4 other people. Ordered a fillet burger. Got told after having ordered that there were no fillets so they would give me tenders. 5 minuets later got told that they were cooking a fresh fillet for my burger. Got our order 20 minuets later and found that they had given me tenders in my burger anyway. Also discovered that my friends got told there were no potato and gravy’s for the boxes. Got my order and didn’t even get told. So paid full price for a very disappoint experience. Would not recommend this store.

Pathetic. Ordered online, to get there and have a half hour wait and half the meals still missing?

Passing through the area so we decided to stop and have a break here, terrible idea!
Understaffed- waited several minutes at the counter to be acknowledged let alone being served, you could feel the tension between staff, dirty dining area with unwiped tables hence takeaway was decided. Broken stool could lead to an WH&S issue.

Very poor experience

I've eaten a lot of KFC in my life but this is hands down the best. They have actual fresh and crispy lettuce. Fresh hot and moist chicken, good buns and a nice mayo to chicken ratio.

The food was 1/10 the zinger was disappointing pretty sure it was raw, the chips where a large felt like a small, look like potato’s who served me

No napkins in the bag. Over sauced twister and Zinger. Confusion over our app order. Not the best
