Love the triangle Thigh, the taste is amazing.

But it's annoying and disappointing to find there were no wipes in the box every time here in KFC Traralgon.

Not bad, the staff behind the counter could be a bit happier/friendly, don't ask straight away what do you want. (hi how are you going,) so we can think what we would like.and you know hot chips would be good,
do all KFC's have to be the same cold chips and rubbery. Next time will be fish & chips cheaper and better.

I found the popcorn chicken dry and unsatisfactory. The rest of my lunch was ok. The staff was awesome nevertheless

Chicken was pre cooked and kept far too long chips soggy and they said they could not keep chicken salt of the my staff member was off handed

Even though they seemed moderately busy, there was no one to clean where people had seated, the floor had a small amount of rubbish and they ran out of the chilli sauce

Why is it you pay a fortune for food order combos an the chips are half cooked soggy chicken is just warm where’s the quality gone.

5 stars for the wicked wings. The best I ever ate. Fried to perfection. Thumbs up for the chef who fried them at noon today.

Always gives me the wrong order. Always! Drive thru or takeaway - all the time! Very disappointing. Will travel to Morwell KFC next time.

I would not rate this KFC very well. The staff need to learn what customer service means. Especially the management!

Worst meal we gave ever had at Traralgon. Chips were good. The nuggets were soggy. The 8 tenders were grossly overcooked, far too crunchy, and inside was far too dry. The six pieces of chicken consisted of 3 drumsticks (6 pieces, and included 3 drumsticks, one of which was so small and dry that it was inedible) one wing, one part breast, and one thigh, ALL grossly overcooked tough and dry. We eat from here regularly and have never had it so bad! And that cost $35.00!

I have visited this store a number of times & did so for the last time tonight. I ordered a 3 piece box & received a box containing 2 (NOT 3) pieces of the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen. A large box of cold chips & a coleslaw (As requested). NO refresher towel or napkin, straw or spoon! How hard is it?

Went through drive through 7.32pm tonight, (kfc near target)
Firstly the person taking orders was out right rude and lacking in customer service skills, read back wrong multiple times and then was super rude. Then.got our order home and food was dreadful! Only one burger out of 4 was correct, wrong combos given, chips stone cold, wrong sauces given.
Will definitely be driving to the other side of town next time to the other kfc,

Went there tonight my order was stuffed up burger wrong zinger instead of a Kentucky burger also twisted tasted off took it back to get fixed up twisted still tasted yuk never again just stick to McDonald's at least they get your order right and food always yummy

Food was fine, but the place was a pigstyle and they got offended when we asked for a table to be cleaned.

Staff and managers are rude food isn't always good much rather Churchill or morwell, restaurant is consistently dirty will never go back specially how a manger spoke to me.

Staff are great but the gravy is a total disappointment. I've never seen gravy that runny before in any KFC store. The gravy totally turned my off the rest of my meal. There's outdoor seating. When we left the premises, the queue for the drive through was absolute chaos.so long that it blocked my car in.

It'a a KFC. Got a weird thing going on where they only sell 2 wicked wings rather than 3 in the zinger box meal. But there is no reduction in price for the missing wing. Do we have a wing shortage crisis on our hands?

Generic KFC. Nice staff but someone has to remind staff to stop yelling out things to one another. After all, it is supposed to be a restaurant and it's nice to enjoy your meal without hearing the staff berrating one another at the top of their voices.

I bought kfc at Traralgon and it was revolting, the chicken was dry but in the bottom it was swimming in oil and far to salty, won’t be back.
