KFC The Glen

I haven't tried it but i know it's good cos i tried KFC thousands of times and its same

Shocking customer service. Untrained workers don't know what they are doing. I even saw a teenager worker licking the potato gravy when he filled the container. Disgusting.

I come here almost every Friday afternoon to get my weekly kfc. Almost every time a lovely girl called Charlotte serves me. She is so kind and helpful when I am deciding what to order, and with the help of the amazing staff at kfc the glen, I am able to receive my order quickly and efficiently. I am so grateful for kfc the glen, slay!

Yesterday I had my food from DAVID. He is really a nice guy he served me in such a good way. In my last order was not served properly but he did a great job. I would like to say may god bless him

Can't say the food tastes like sh$t, because it would be unfair. It just tastes like nothing haha no taste at all.
The positive is that it's the only reasonably priced food option at The Glen food court.

I am big fan of KFC. However not this store.
The wicked wings looked like it was deep fried with overnight oil and it was so oily. The crumb was not crispy as it was soaked in oil.
This is not the first time I encountered at this store and please bring back the consistency!

Didn't know wicked wings could be chocolate colour. Seems they never changed the oil!

First time coming to this KFC with my mother and we normally go Southland Shopping Centre KFC which is the best all the time!
We were thinking they were going to serve us the same as Southland but No we were wrong!
Customer service looks like school kids are working and don't know how to work and don't understand the customer properly and they look too young to work and when we got our tender chicken burgers their was so much sauce it looked messy and disgusting and also the chicken looked undercooked and not well cooked at all and my mother got sick from this place the next day and her throat is sore and i would highly recomend you never visit here and go eat at another KFC like Southland Shopping Centre which always get things right all the time.

Went to KFC the Glen and ordered a 21 21 21 piece. Usually have to wait so long when you do this. I was with my mate and made the joke "what's going to come first this or Christmas" hahaha just yanking ya chain anywho I think her name was Elena fixed us up straight away.

Manager was lovely and gave my impatient daughter free chips to snack on while we were waiting for our order

Terrible customer service.manager doesn’t do her job or help the customer.they took my money but wouldn’t give me my food even though i showed that the kiosk took money from my bank account.very unhappy will be not be going there anymore.don’t recommend

The worst KFC! Remember to check the items in the box. If not to ask, they will always forget to give tableware. Chips are not crispy or full, and employees need good training.

Do not eat from this restaurant. The chicken was uncooked and still raw inside. The burger bun was still frozen and cold/firm in the middle. I hope the staff understand that this negligence can result in people falling ill and suffering health issues.

Again, do not eat here.

I've visited a number of KFC locations in Australia, and this is by far the worst.

My husband waited at the counter while I ordered our food online. They were heading a broken bag, which caused the food to spill on the floor.
He was only two steps away from the counter when it happened.

The girl accused him of tearing the bag, which makes no sense given that my husband returned all of the food to them.

Not only that, but we ordered chickens and were not even given wipes.
Customer service is shocking.

The company should provide more training to the employees at this shop.

Employees here are super chill and nice. They put up with a lot but if you're nice in return they will offer extra food.

Ordered 30 wicked wings, giving me more the half of drumsticks and fried flour skin so thick have never seen that in other Store. Will not recommend this store and come back again.

A origin piece replace a maxi popcorn chicken!? 3 small potato gravy for a large one？Are you serious?

Was awaiting for it to finally open! Finally! The chicken juices oozes with every bite. The fries portion was decent not like some other outlets! Love the 4 express ordering booths of each corner of the outlet.

Not recommended, below average KFC

Chips had less salt than my friends in league. The kiosk was broken and there's no 'proper' counter. Well done KFC, you created a problem that needn't to exist.gg, no re.
