Ordered a Cheap as chip thru app and they forgot my nuggets, then i turned back to get some and after I got home i was eating my zinger patty that i had ordered extra and there was a piece of curly hair in it!

The whole oder was wrong everything complete opposite of what I ordered only thing I could eat was the chips

Clean and had quick service. Stefan was extremely patient with my card problems and was cordial with his service. Great KFC

Customer service is dreadful, the staff doesn’t even greet and the staff doesn’t give a damm at all. Awful service atlist greet people with a smile….

Everything done on tablet order screen, staff don't talk to you at all.on top of that they will get order wrong.
Store is clean, wonder how long it's gonna last Like that with this attitude

They always serve wrong order and old food. When I ask for zingers they always serve with Original recipes and insist it’s the same. No quality

Have some pride in your food
Dried out squashed rolls handed out by lazy incompetent staff

Worst customer experience ever. I ordered 2 zingers but the both were original recipe and chicken was too old. I asked them to make fresh they said we have to wait 30 minutes. Very much disappointed.

Chicken was dry, chips where cold I asked for fresh chips thankfully they cooked fresh ones for me.

Better service than most other KFC in Western suburbs. I just wish KFC open early morning so I could buy chicken for breakfast

Had to wait close to 40 minutes for my order which was a family feast. Staff were not communicating and only when I walked up and asked for an update thats when they got onto it. I have great respect for the staff but this is the usual theme

Decided to give this newly opened KFC branch a try.left more than dissapointed, popcorn chicken's more like scrap fried pieces of batter/dough and no chicken. Only 1/4from the maxi popcorn chicken's edible with small pieced of chicken inside, the rest were just dried pieces of dough.
Lastly I wanted to say that MOST KFC shop always forget nugget sauce/sauce, customer chooses their sauce for a reason and paid for it, later to realised the sauce was left out from the order when unboxing.

This place wen't downhill fast. A five minute wait for chicken that turned I to 34 minutes, and all this time the chips and sides sat on the counter. Their staff are young and very dumb and could not understand why we did not want 30 plus minute old chips. It seems Uber eats and drive through gets priority.lucky for us we got cold powder and gravey with our fresh chips and poorly cooked chicken, see photo. KFC = Kant F@#king Cook. Unfortunately the other KFC in the area is even worse.

Very friendly customer service. Quick service as well we ordered via the app and picked up in drive thru. Very convenient that they have this option available in the app. Their wicked wings actually have that little kick to it with the spice unlike other kfc stores which are just bland and have more batter than chicken. Potato and gravy was abit weird it was powdery. We got fresh chips too!

No heating in restaurant. Absolutely freezing. I enquired about it and was told there’s no heating. Disgraceful. Never go to this place again

Worst KFC ever.waited for food for almost an hour.came back cold and soggy.will never come back again.
Worst experience.

We bought a family pack on 11/2/22 night and every thing was soggy. Burgers were not fresh and nuggets were soggy. New KFC and we expected better… really disappointed. It was like we ate a day old burger n nuggets
