KFC Sydenham

I never do this, I have gone through drive through twice in the many years I have driven past from hospital to home, both times, the popcorn chicken. Last time two pieces I spat out, they were off, the rest was like they had sat for a long time. I know many may find the job menial, its food, you need to make sure all areas from refrigeration to presentation are covered. NEVER AGAIN.

I found chips in my drink i was mad all ready about the price of the food and this mad me even mad

Bought a 3 piece box and was very disappointed with the chicken I had 2 drumsticks and a Thigh and all the pieces were oily and were horrible

Great management at 11.30am 28th of December 2022 they messed up my order but they promised to fix it all up the following day

Worst kfc ever

Have been coming here for the same order almost everytime. Get overcharged and don’t get half my order and it’s been replace with something else.
I’m not normally one to write a review but this is absolutely terrible.
Worst customer service and had no idea.
So disappointing

Tried the "go bucket" meal including the Pepsi Max, fries and popcorn chicken at $5.95 for a lunch, not bad at all.

I should not give it one review. This is the worst ever. I have been the only customer, yet no one came to the counter to take offer for 10 minutes. Someone saw me, but acted as if I am invisible. There are so many workers, but they totally ignore you. I had to wait 10 minutes for the stuff who is supposed to take order until she finishes her cigarettes. I would have fired all of them.

I love the nuggies, what I don't like is the amount of salt. *ps not a big fan of salt. * but for the most part I'm happy. The staff who served me were nice and friendly which makes up for the salt? Heheh oh I Highly Recommend the nuggies they are the bomb

Walked in, they were playing autotuned rap music very loudly from behind the kitchen, walked out.

I was be there bought a meal 2days ago, the staff girl was very nice and friendly, Footscray should learn from here.

Could not believe it. I repeated my order 3 times and it was still wrong! Not even at the drive thru, at the counter! Burgers were stringy & cold. Never again.

Was very dirty to sit inside. Food all over the floors on chairs. Not a great Saturday night to get food and sit with family.

Went to KFC tonight and the lady on drive through was very rude and in a hurry. She sounded very annoyed and Inconvenienced when I asked her the difference between some meals that weren’t displayed on the screen. Food was averaged and the chips were 3/4 full.
There was one small piece of chick in the burger, usually there are 2 decent pieces. And the chips lacked salt. Fast food has definitely gone down hill

About what you would expect at any KFC, however the duty manager was very apologetic for running out of chicken pieces and offered other options at no extra cost. That's what you call customer service and great management.

KFC inSydenham isn't a bad KFC at all, but it is rather inconsistent when it comes to giving you what you ask for.the biggest issue with this particular KFC is no different to a lot of fast food places, the staff are mostly very young and just don't pay attention, a lot of the time you will not be given napkins or extra Chicken Salt or if you ask to eat in, they will not give you a tray and if you do get a tray, it might not be clean.
I suggest eating in if possible otherwise you will have no control over your experience.

They don't seem to cook their chicken as well as other stores. Typically soggy and oily. My most recent drive thru order for 10 tenders, was only given 9.
If you have another KFC nearby, I suggest you go there.
I've noticed they've stopped giving out receipts and I can only imagine it's to stop patrons from giving negative feedback.

As I live close, this is the most convenient KFC for me. Myself, friends and family are often disappointed! I consistently ask for extra salt on the chips and they are always trash compared to other KFC stores you don't really need to ask!

I never get what I order I cannot eat the breast part because it's to dry for me as I do have a medical problem every time I go home I find that they've given me a breast and sometimes they say it's in there rules that I got to have a wing or a breast in the order I think this is ridiculous we paying the money we should be able to choose what we want

Went through drive thru and ordered 3 things. Order was wrong so went back to pick up missing food. No receipt was given lol so it’s hard to have something to refer to. Wicked wings does not taste fresh unlike other stores. Dinner roll looked like it had a big tear/bite on top. We we’re already far away when we noticed and can’t be bothered coming back again.

I was not happy with my today's order. The chicken in the burger is not cooked well and still chewy. Also the chips is cold and not crispy. Most of the burger have been thrawn in the pin.
