KFC Swan Hill

The fastest KFC I have ever been to. It couldn't have been more than 2 minutes from ordering, absolutely nuts! They got my order right too.

Been trying to call since Wednesday afternoon this week and the KFC Swan Hill number is down and has been disconnected for 3 days now.

Picked up a mobile order through drive through, and they didn't add in a BBQ Onion Burger I had on my mobile order. Got back to Balranald, and been trying to call the manager since. The phone number is still down.

Everytime we pick something up from KFC in Swan Hill, something is always missing and the drive through is always full. You wait 20 minutes to pick up an order that is missing something, and then have to wait in line for another 20 minutes.

Far to pricey for what it is although largely dependent on how franchisees run the show huge variations between kfc stores across Victoria quality wise, usually better quality eat in store v drive through, bring back Ollie's and Lady Fried Chicken anyday

Pathetic amount of chicken in zinger box meal. One piece was just skin and batter. Could hear staff arguing in the kitchen. Service extremely slow. Avoid.

Been there 5 times now over lunch, and everytime they are understaffed and run off their feet. Wait times are horrendous.

Very slow. Place wasn't clean and the back area looked like a cyclone had hit it. Order took 19mins

15 minutes wait from wait for order look at the amount of chips. 3 others in the restaurant complaining about the amount of chips served. If you are running out of chips let customers know so they don't order.

Ordered through the Menulog app at 6: 30pm, food didn’t arrive til 8pm dry as a bone and chips were cold, soggy and some tasted as though they weren’t cooked properly.

When we called up to ask where the food was we got the answer of that there’s trainees in kitchen and the food is on its way, that was about 7: 20-7: 30pm

Would have to be the worst KFC in the country, 3 people cleaning and no one serving 10 minutes to get served, obviously they pay for what they've got

I ordered my kfc at around 8: 40 pm at Kfc Swan Hill at 322 Campbell street on 26/12/2022. And when I was at drive thru to take my kfc, one of the employee hand me my food but did not check if i have a hold of it yet and proceed to drop it, resulting it drop down on the ground, the employee saw the food drop down, instead of running out to pick it up or offer new box or at least say sorry, she did not do any above but shutting down the window at drive thru and walk into the kitchen. I paid my money for my food, I did not beg or ask it for free and this is the type of attitude i get? I have been supporting kfc for almost 4 years now, today is my most disappointing night, i have never felt such disrespect. I contacted the manager of the store and she said she was gonna make a new one for me, but did not even inform me of the decision, just left? Then when i filed complain, she offer a voucher, thats it, no sorry no nothing. Never come back again.

Unfortunately this KFC is very under staffed and at times clearly shows. However the little staff are trying to do an amazing job

Tried to order on the app, and the new app is unusable, as well as all my favoutites have been deleted. Tried to pay at the kiosk, and the machine took our money but didn't place our order. Ended up paying twice, with a promise of a refund.

The place may be slowly improving. Had a very bad name for whatever reasons but generally they would forget items in your order etc and were happy to serve dry chicken and cold chips. Anyway I’m giving them another go and the staff at the drive thru are always very friendly so I hope they do well.

Worst kfc ever. Didn't even get a spoon for the potato and no Napkins and food tasted crapy and the chips tested 6 months old

Asked and paid for 5 pieces of chicken drive home which takes me half an hour cause we live out of town and there's only 4 pieces! Really its not that hard to count to 5!

Worst KFC in Victoria, staff couldn't pay attention if they tried, and they don't. Half filled chips shows a desire to make money, not providing service.

Very inconsistent. Disgraceful, had to go back through the drive through as my order of large popcorn chicken was half full. Second round was full but all crunch and no chicken, swan hill store needs to pick up their game, its pathetic how you let the store get, disgusting.

One year later, no change.store is still a disappointment, ordered for delivery tonight, waited passed the expected time, nothing. Had to cancel n get a refund. The staff need to pick up their game!

Absouletly terrible.
Delivery mostly turned off, 22 minute drive thru wait, wrong order, food, drinks etc, not to mention poor people ahead and beyond with wrong food, drinks!
The culture, service, quality, standard etc is SO poor.
Every other fast food provider needs to be encouraged to open up in Swan Hill, to expose this terrible slow food outlet!

Best KFC I have even been to. I can tell they are currently understaffed but are still taking orders up and a wait on chicken won't stop them. Their entire management team is doing an amazing job making sure the restaurant is still running. Keep up the good job guys your doing amazing!

The service is really poor here, not much fast about it, often get home and discover, they have forgotten something- definitely check before you leave - they don’t seem very organised - 10.30 open and generally they will ask you to come back because they are still getting ready to open? - drive through staff uniforms are always really dirty. I try to avoid SH KFC but the family love it
