Dirty facility. Tables were all dirty. Dont feel like eating there.
Order took for ever.more than 25 -30 mts.
Staff were not at all friendly.
Really cramped outlet.
Food was fine though.
I will not come back again.

Ran out of small potato and gravy for our meals so I was offered 2x small gravy instead which I didn't want, I asked if I could have 1 of the 15 large potato and gravy tubs they had which they refused, seems they would rather throw them out at the end of the night instead of keeping a customer happy. The bun for the burger was stale and hard, chips were soggy, the chicken was so old and chewy that cardboard would have tasted better. We both didnt finish eating our food, didn't even want to give it to the dog

Service was slow, asked for extra salt, chips had absolutely no salt. They were soggy, undercooked and gross. Zinger burger was nice though.

The chicken looked and tasted like it was over RE heated. The potato and gravy had a fine grain texture and tasted horrible. Most of the food got thrown in the bin. To top it off, they got my order incorrect. I won't be going to that store again.

Ordered a 6 piece original chicken box, the chicken was waaaaaaaay too small. Best way to describe it as 6 single popcorn chicken pieces with a bone attached to each one.

First time. Maybe having an off day but man the food was bad. Chicken overcooked. Fries soggy. Burger wasn't the right one. Think we'll stick with the old KFC on Evans St.

These guys suck.we were missing 12 wicked wings and a zinger stacker from our order.how does this happen?

Foods was actually pretty good just the size of the strips in the tenders box looked like they were on a diet. They were so small and thin, but crispy.

So disappointed returned my chicken as when I got home the oil was seeping out the bag and no coating
They replaced it
by the time I got back to Diggers the same oily soggy and no coating on the chicken not Krispy at all come on guys let your game
I spent so much on a disappointed lunch

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Don't know their menu and talking to the manager didn't get what we ordered. Will tell everyone how bad this place is.

Shocking experience all the staff is young brats and not trained at all manager herself is rudest I have ever seen no customer respect at all We were given wrong order and was refused to exchange and the other time the food was cold and quite old that it was hardened they dont take responsibility if you mention so never going back

Very rude manager with not trained staff. Placed order online and in drive thru they called and confirmed order by name and number then handed over wrong order and when I asked to change it to correct they simply said we can just see your name and order number but cant see whats customised so we can't change it, after quite some argument they replaced the order and shut the window on my face without any greeting or apology leaving me and my girls in shock. Very bad experience never going back there

New KFC, First order and disappointed. Ordered popcorn go bucket for my son and checked order when I come back home, it's half empty: (

Friendly service, and a really nice atmosphere, delivery drivers have a dedicated door, and there is drive-thru available too (Sun - Thurs 10.30am to 10pm, and Fri to Sat 10.30am to 11pm).
