KFC Strath Village

Food is usually pretty good but gotta be the worst kfc service wise and some of the staff literally are clueless
Literally just stood there not getting served or even spoken to until I said something
Managers need to get on top of there staff

This is third time now we have ordered a family feast. Worst experience ever this time. Coating slimy oily and bitter making chicken almost inedible. Can management please send someone over to kfc Malaysia and taste their magnificent light coloured crisp delicious batter on succulent chicken! Someone here in kfc kitchens is trying to poison us! Take some lessons please? $39.75 down the drain again. Our doggie wouldn’t eat it either. Bitter slop

I waited 10 minutes to be serviced and after being ignored I walked out and went to McDonald’s instead

It was clean the food was good but they refused to give me a McChicken I had a hart stack mid eating this is why the McChicken is the best

Had to wait for our crispy strips! Delivered to our car with 2 extra strips and additional box of chips

Girls at front serving chatting the whole time about a young boy that was waiting. Had 1/2 hr for lunch waited 20 mins

To many people what the heck like I was so scared to go to the front of the line with that scary chalie guy at the counter but he really helped me out with the great customer service and the free straw

The 3 chicken pieces l received were full of little bones, overcooked and dry. The wing was so small it was ridiculous. The ultimate chicken burger was much smaller than before. We were very disappointed in the quality. Won't go back again even tho we live close. Many better take away food shops nearby. Staff were friendly though

Typical KFC, you know what your getting, Except when they mess up your order! Easily fixed but a bit annoying.

Shout out to Grace and Taylah who served us last Sunday night. These girls were not only lovely, but could hold a conversation as well. Best service!

Awful, i've tried ordering via menulog and they just never confirm the order.i can't even walk there since i have problems with my spine so i can only give this restaurant 1 star, wish i could even do less

KFC always provides with only $11.45.
The chicken is so crispy but getting 20 tenders is always risky.
They have a excellent drive thru but always stocks up with a large que.
If you ever need a good feed, KFC is all you need.

Not impressed went inside to order inside lighting was poor and didn't look clean. I won't be back again

Ordered a zinger box through Uber for a quick feed before work and got food poisoning and had to work 7 hours while being really sick.

Although i have not used thid facility in recent times my daughter has used and had good comments.nice food n quick service.

Great shopping centre with parking close by. Cafes give excellent service. Variety Store offers an amazing range of goods for all ages.

I’ve never seen such a dirty restaurant. The tables were all covered in grease and food wrappings, the floor was filthy.

Absolutely shocking tenders were dry and overcooked didn’t get the dipping sauces as asked for and chips were cold and salty and original chicken greasy and tasteless. Will not be going back

I actually don't like to complain but my meal was unsatisfactory. I got a 3 piece box, I asked for Drumsticks but was told I couldn't have 3 I could only have 2 and another different piece so that was fine. I also asked for 2 sweet chilli sauces. I ended up having no Drumsticks AT ALL, no sauces, my chips were cold, stale and brown. I also ordered the new donuts they're promoting at the moment. They were rock hard and cold. The young gentleman who served me was very nice and had great manners though, it was just unfortunate I couldn't eat my dinner.
I will go back though as maybe it was just an off night.
