KFC Stawell - Drive Thru Only

Got the covid from here some worker he coughed over me he was about 15 years old I tested positive two days after eating here the boy gave me coronavirus I was not happy

Thankful I visited this KFC yesterday, as the food poisoning it gave me was so grim, that I’ll never visit the kernel again. Hopefully this terrible burger, and subsequent vomiting will lead to me living a healthier and happier life.

Best 3 piece feed I've had for a long time. Three good sized pieces of chicken unlike some other franchises that give you one decent piece and two wings.

Coming from the other side of the city, can honestly say best chicken and service we have had from a kfc in a long time. There was a 12 minute wait on wicked wings and even though it was our decision to wait, we were given a few little freebies for the patience. Honestly wasn’t expecting it and so ver grateful as with two kids in the back and a lengthy drive home the deserts most certainly made the trip a much less stressful one. Thank you so much to the staff! And happy Easter!

Mean to their staff infront of customers, cold food and didn't hand out drinks until we asked. Not an environment I'd take kids to and not a place I'd be going again. Staff looked like they don't want to be there. Heard some people are getting underpaid aswell.

I wish there was dine-in but it's okay. The guys working their were pretty friendly and handled our big order well, good job guys

I have only gone here a couple times and I loved it, the staff is very nice i food taste nice, loved it 100% recommended

Awful place to get fast food. Friend got a zinger burger and the fillet wasn't cooked properly didn't offer to replace it either when we rang up. Ararat KFC is nicer and staff much friendlier!

Dine-in is not available at the moment. For takeaway, there are 2 lanes to order food and then we were bottled necked into a single lane to pay and pick up the food…. Terrible system as they can’t handle the volume coming through. We waited 45min in line and couldn’t get out because we were blocked in by the other customers!

Was delicious and great fabulous staff and delicious food can’t wait to go back through very quick for serving aswell! A lot better than ararat!

They only consider overseas backpacker worker for work, will not help or hire desperate Australian residents. Will never go there.

Got a meal the whole meal did not turn up and it was over 1 hour wating time still no number to call that. They got there money we didn't get all the meal KFC don't care as long as they get there money better of getting KFC from Ararat or ballarat if you don't have a car ya stuffed.

No good when you have no car you can't order and unfriendly + service apart from that you shouldn't give KFC your money anyway.

Everyone who order zingers was violently ill for the next 24 hours and no phone number at present to complain well done kfc stawell

Second day open simple mean, forgot half of it and I can’t find a number to call and talk or complain good start kfc.

Only spent 15min in the drive thru. Which was great considering it’s drive thru only at the moment. Ordered the biggest item on the menu a “giant feast”. We took it home in Stawell, and the chicken was too hot to touch (which is great! Better than being cold). It tasted great and the staff were very polite and friendly. Couldn’t give 5 stars as one of sides (that we swapped at the last minute) was incorrect. However, they happily, quickly fixed it. Now I’m having a delightful KFC food coma. Well done Stawell KFC on your 4th day of operation.
